Description of Work: Shelly the sales rep for Accent Southwest Windows was very thorough and friendly. Answered all our question and left no doubt about what we wanted to do. Our windows are on order and will be installed in Nov.

Description of Work: Excellent no-pressure salesperson, on time, friendly and knowledgeable installers. Product is expensive but very high quality. Incredible the difference in how soundproofing and heat blocking these windows are compared to my old metal windows. As soon as I have payed for the first 5 windows (they offer 0% interest loans) I will replace my 5 ft. sliding glass door with a 6 ft. one from Accent Southwest. They have given me an estimate for the product and work to enlarge the doorway that I feel is fair, and I am confident they will do a great job once again.

Description of Work: Installed a new front door. Turns out that our home has a non-standard door opening, and the owner of Accent Southwest came by to verify the measurements in person before finalizing the order. Because we have a "custom" door, we were limited in our choices, but couldn't be happier with the result. The installers were great and did everything right. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Carefully removed old windows and installed 8 new windows. Efficient, quiet, neat, polite, professional. Did an excellent job. New windows operate as promised.

Description of Work: They replaced all our windows, our patio door and our front entry. Professional interactions at every point. We love our new windows! The front entry design was not as functional as we would have liked. (We had complete approval opportunities, but after the fact, think that they might have guided us a little better in the design.) After installation, they worked with us to fix (as much as possible) what we didn't like with the front entry. | |Minor rubbing at the door jam appeared shortly after the installation was complete. Their technician worked painstakingly to re-seat the hinges until the door operated perfectly. | |It took a long time to get the stucco patched and the initial color was not a good match, but they repainted the stucco and now you cannot see where the patches were made. | |I'd strongly recommend these folks, and would use them again myself. But I won't expect them to provide guidance on entry egress issues. They'll give you exactly what you ask for, even if may not be the best entry configuration.

Description of Work: Owner is very laid backa and didn't put any pressure on us at all. The workers were polite and the installation went very well. The windows are fantastic and have reduced street noise while keeping our home much warmer. Wish we had done this years ago. Will use them again in the future to replace other windows. The workers were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves. I give them a rating of A+

Description of Work: This price was for double pane, tilt so you could clean them easily, We had 13 windows installed. Very happy and our electric and gas bills have gone way down!!! The windows are great and the people were excellent.
