They weren't the lowest bid but they did good quality work for a reasonalbe price. I asked Bobby for a say on the scheduled date that the work would be done. I wanted dry weather as required by the paint manufacturer. With some luck we were able to work that out. Near the end of the job, they asked me if I wanted any spots touched up or painted differently. I pointed out some spots out which they willingly fixed. It's been 7 months with periods of rain and snow and their work still looks very good.

Bobby came to my house and he looked at the problem, but knew that if he fixed my problem, it would be a short-term solution. Instead of taking the job, he gave me some names of people who could fix the underlying problems first. He was awesome!! How often do you get a contractor to come out and give you the name of another vendor?? Thank you, Bobby!!!

Once the original job was done, the owner Bobby, offered the extra work on the doors for free, because he felt that it would make the final result even better than expected. I was very impressed! Bobby and his staff do excellent, high quality work! It was a pleasure to do business with him and his employees. They are all very professional and really care about doing a good job. It was very nice also, that they were always ten minutes early!! I look forward to doing business with Accent Painting again!!

This was the second job we had Bobby do for us. He brought a crew of three. He arrived early and waited until the appointed time. He was done so quickly that he actually did a project that was not within the original scope of work. Bobby and his crew are always professional and efficient. This project was needed to get our house on the market to sell. It sold in just a month and I am certain the new paint job helped (not to mention the beautiful paint job he did on the exterior of the home the previous year). We are now in our new home and definitely plan on using him again when we get ready to paint the new home.

We've used many painters, and have never before been so satisfied. Bobby and his crew showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently all day, and completed the job in one long day (others estimated 3-4 days). The work was perfect, everyone was pleasant, and the price was as estimated. When they left, everything was clean and back in place.

Bobby and his crew were extremely professional. They did an excellent job! Bobby gave us an estimate and the work was completed in less time than anticipated. They exceeded our expectations in every way!! The paint job is perfect. They prepped and cleaned up afterwards. Were friendly and went out of their way to give us the value for the price. I would absolutely recommend them and would call them again for another job. I know how difficult it was to paint our rooms and they are definitely experts at what they do! We had some patching that needed done and you can't even tell where it was now. Very, very pleased overall....

At first I was very impressed: friendly, returned phone calls promptly, showed up when scheduled, did a good job of protecting items from paint, and painting job was done well. However, the agreement was for one coat of paint to the areas discussed. Without discussion with me or allowing me to inspect first, two coats of paint were applied. Okay, figured there would be a slight increase in cost but didn't think much of it until I got the bill, which was for 50% more than what I was quoted. I was shocked. I felt there should have been discussion about doing more than what was agreed upon if it was going to significantly change the cost and at least let me be the one to decide if the extra work should be done. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've never had someone charge me significantly more than the estimate without discussion of changes and agreement of expenses. When I expressed my surprise at such a large increase in the cost, I was told too bad. Update: After posting this review, I received a letter in the mail with an explanation and a desire to make customers for life. I also received a check refunding me the increase in price. I greatly appreciated both. In terms of quality of work, Accent Painting did a fantastic job. My only caution would be sure there is a very clear agreement about the work to be done, how any changes in the work to be done will be addressed, and if there is going to be a change in price, how that will be handled (ie need approval beforehand).

i needed help repairing my house to sell, and the realtor suggested painting the trim and repairing drywall. I had several estimates, all were very professional, but Accent stood out in his attention to the details requested and suggestions for doing the job right. His estimate was nicely detailed inspiring even more confidence he was listening and wanting to meet my expectations. My father decided to come to ABQ to help with repairs and save me money but then he had to go back home and (sorry Dad) just wasn't paying attention to detail. He left paint splashed on the entry walkway, didn't sand pillars before painting. I called Accent and Bobby was very understanding and accommodating knowing I was needing to get the house on the market as soon as I could. His attention to detail is wonderful, he was careful not to overspray and diligently used drop cloths to catch drips and he corrected the areas that needed to be sanded then painted again. I would not hesitate hiring Accent, and when my current house needs painting, I will be giving them a call.

The interior paint job involved a paint match which was very difficult and Bobby tried to take the paint formula to the place that originally formulated it, twice, and had no success. We ended up matching it with another brand. This was the commitment to getting it right that followed through to the exterior project. Our windows and doors are divided by wood which had at points peeled to bare wood and never was primed again. Bobby and his crew reprimed and painted with an upgraded paint. He answered all my calls and emails promptly. They arrived when they said they would and respected my request to have shoes off on our wood stairs. They swept up and left hardly a trace they had been working there. My husband called them to complete some areas he had wanted painted and it was done. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was simply amazing....Bobby the owner of the company came to meet with my huband and I on a Tuesday and began the job that Friday. They were so very professional and friendly. I have 4 puppies and the guys were so kind and patient everytime that i had to take them out. The guys were always on time if not early. They always explained all that they were doing and what they planned to get done for the day. My husband and I didnt feel like we had a strange company at our home during this time but rather new friends. When I have the inside of my home painted I will call Bobby and his guys. My husband and I have already begun recommending Accent Painting to our neighbors, friends, and family. Accent Painting is an A+ company!

I had a good experience with them. I've used them before. I was very pleased with them, so therefore I used them again. They're very profession. They know what they're doing and they do it well.

We were not there when the work was done but after meeting Mr. Glasgow I had no reservations about hiring his company. The work was done in a timely manner (weather permitting) and the work was precise, neat, and what we expected. We will be needing his interior services in the future and will not hesitate to give him a call.

I left the price n/a because I think the price was fair and competitive - but I'm not an expert on this. Everything else was "A" because there isn't an "A+" Communication was good - and I was out of state until the last couple of hours of the job - and Bobby's crew finished ahead of schedule. AGAIN: they finished ahead of schedule! When does that happen anymore? The quality was good, the crew was professional and pleasant. No fuss, no muss. And they finished ahead of schedule. Yes I would use them again and yes I would recommend them.

Every day I was informed what time the workers would arrive and the plan for the day. All of the workers were extremely professional, and always prompt. Bobby, the owner, oversaw all the details and made sure everything was done perfectly and properly and never took short cuts. Our house needed a lot of repairs before painting and this company did an outstanding job and we have already contracted them for a job in the near future. Every day when they finished for the day all work items were neatly stored away and picked up. Our house came out beautiful and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert painters.

This company was a pleasure to do business with. They showed up when they said they would - both for the estimate and to do the work) and the work was meticulous. I had my front cedar fences re-stained and sealed (sanded first, as they recommended), 3 panels of my side fence stained with a solid stain (again, sanded first) and the outside of my workshop painted, including the trim and door. This was all completed in one day and I found no reason to call them back to touch up anything! They cleaned up so well that if it wasn't for the new looking fence and shinning workshop I might not have even noticed they were there! I will be using them in the future for sure - and trust them to do interior painting as well... I HIGHLY recommend them!

Puntuality was great; Hired help was polite, proficient and caring. Followup, i.e., after the job was done they contacted me to tell me if any touch was needed to let them know. During the painting process I identified an area that needed touchup. They immediately complied with my request. Great company! Will use them again. (I'm an excellent painter myself, so I tend to be more demanding than the regular customer.)

I have used Bobby and Accent painting before, and I will continue to use them. They use high quality paints and they apply them with excellent technique. Their work lasted 4 years this time, whereas others I used had started peeling again in just a year. In fact, it might not have even needed it yet but this is good preventative maintenance. I am going to use them to paint the interior also, including repairing drywall and tape joints.

They were one of the most professional painting companies I've used. They were very good and didn't splatter paint everywhere. They also had reasonable prices. I've already referred them to my neighbors.

There were no issues, everything went well. Bobby did a great job keeping me informed of his schedule for the work.

He was really quick and did a good job.

All went very well. I was doing some home projects while my husband was on a trip. This meant multiple workers in and out of the house and one project was on hold until another project was completed. I saw with all the clean up that the house really needed painting. I called two painters and one seemed very unwilling to help. He said two weeks out and his men would come in and out and gave me a price. Bobby called me back right away and he said he would work with me. He met with me and evaluated the project and gave a reasonable price. Bobby called and asked when a section of the house would be available and then let me know when his workers would be at my home. They always were on time and prepared. Bobby even came in on Saturdays and Sundays when the other workers were off. Another reason I chose Bobby was that he had painted our house about 10 year prior and he did such a good job then too. All in all I am very pleased with the work, the professionalism and the extreme flexibility. I highly recommend Bobby and Accent Painting to anyone.

They did an excellent job. They were quick to respond. They got the job done quickly.

It went well. Everything went smooth. They kept me informed of all they were doing and explained what they had to do. They were fast, efficiant and clean. They were smooth running machine.
