Description of Work: Left my ACCESS DOOR OPEN on the roof @ FALL SHUTDOWN OF MY COOLER service, lightning (I assume) blew my electrical. He replaced everything without knowing what was wrong, then never returned, leaving me without a cooling system in july & August. This after almost 18 years of providing my cooling & heating service.

 + -1 moreThey are fine. We call a number and get a recording. Usually after 10-15 minutes they call us back and set them up. These are real properties so they have been very responsive. They are good to work with. If I can't be here they can communicate and work directly with my tenants, so they can get in. They are great.
Description of Work: ABQ Climate Control Inc. provided cleaning and repairing of wall heaters. They also replaced the wall heaters.
