It went well. I got quotes from a lot of services and by far Above & Beyond were the most knowledgeable and professional. They did a good job on the service and finished it quickly once the weather allowed them to do. They left my yard clean. The only knock was that they seemed a little unorganized at times, often asking me the same questions repeatedly.

A representative of the company contacted me the day I purchased the Big Deal. The owner and his people came to examine the job. The job turned out to be bigger than expected and the cost far exceeded the Angie's list value. The owner was professional start to finish. I would recommend them and will consider them in the future.

It looks good. It's still early so I am still waiting for it to dry to see the outcome. They were detail oriented and used paint brushes to touch up in certain spots. Everything is even so far. They told me they would be on site at 8:30 am and actually arrived at 8:00 am which was great. They even gave me the partial bucket that was leftover. They have been in constant communication with me throughout. If everything turns out well I will hire them in the future for additional work I need done.

I contacted the company in early Dec to get an estimate, the owner came by and looked and said he would send his roofer over for a look. the roofer apparently came by but never spoke to me so I assumed he didn't show. I called the company again on Dec19th and the owner said he had not forgotten about the job. We agreed he would come by on Friday the Dec 20th between 3-430pm, he did finally come by at about 530pm with the framer and soon after the roofer came by as well. My wife told them I had already left for work and they needed to talk to me. The framer and the roofer agreed they would come back on Sat Dec 21th between 1-2pm and the company owner stated he was not sure if he would come by. Today is Jan 2nd and to date the no one has come by or even called. As a result I will be using this company nor would I recommend them anyone.

Actual work is for next Spring, so I will have more input when the job gets started and finished.

They were easy to work with. Very professional, diid a good job and cleaned up so good you couldn't even tell they had been here. The workers were polite and kept on task the entire term of the job.

It went really well! Shai (the proprietor) made an appointment to give an estimate, and for all of the steps of this job, he and his crew were very prompt, and there was a great line of communication throughout. The preliminary patch job went well, and so did the final color stucco step. I did have a couple of minor concerns during the process, but Shai was very responsive and fair, and he remedied them immediately. I have to say that this is a contractor of very high integrity. The finished product, the whole-house stucco job, turned out even better than I had envisioned. Just a beautiful and very professional-looking job. I'm a tough customer, and this contractor is truly "above and beyond." Hire with confidence.

The quote was $2400 (including an Angie's List discount), which is 3 times the price I eventually paid another provider. The guy showed up on time, went up on the roof alone, then came down and told me they'd email me the quote. He didn't provide any details, nor did the quote. It only had the price. I went with another company, whose consultant took me up on the roof and explained exactly what needed doing, what they'd do, and how they came up with the quote.

The stucco matches perfectly! Overall we were very happy with the quality of the work. It took longer to get the job started than we would have liked but the end result was worth the wait.

It took him forever to make the appointment, we knew this and understood. Originally, I wanted to two windows on either side of the fireplace moved down to allow for a little more lighting in our den. I did not want to mess with the ceiling because we have a vigas ceiling (dark ceiling with pieces of lumber going across it). He said that a skylight would be better so we did agree on that. The ceiling is dark brown and the rim on the skylight is white white. I am not satisfied. After doing the skylights he was also going to do some work on our fireplace, we agreed he would come on Oct. 30th, but he never showed up. He called us on the 31st and told us he was waiting for our call. After the missed appointments, we told him we were not satisfied and did not want him to come back.

The service provided was okay. It took quite a while for them to get around to it. There was the initial guy that came out and looked at everything but they're backed up.

I was not happy with the color match. Was told that the manufacture had changed the color and that was the best they could do but, was also told by the owner that they would see what my options on the front were & would give me an estimate. The owner never called back with the information just left me with the mismatched color. Then even after a representative from Angie's list talked to them they never called me back.

Amazing match for the paint on the stucco that has not been able to be matched in the past. The repairs are undetectable from the surrounding stucco. The work was top quality. The company was very busy and getting them to start the job took quite a while. However they maintained excellent contact and once they started, the work was done in two parts. First they did the stucco repairs and then there was another wait for the painting in order to match the paint well. Overall it was well worth the wait however. We will likely use them again for stucco work.

Shai was very professional. He could measure and give immediate quotes. He is extremely personable and likeable. I felt he was approachable and as a woman I liked that he would answer all my questions. The work crew was fast and very professional and good. They cleaned up nicely when they were done and used tarps to protect the landscape and the TPO roof which I really appreciated. Shai is also a general contractor and can do cement, remodeling and so on. I will most likely use him to pour a cement slab for our carport as his prices and workmanship are the best. I would definitely use Shai again. I would have total trust and confidence in him

I was very impressed with all at Above and Beyond! They have a fabulous office manager who made the arrangements and kept us informed all the way. The team worked beautifully together and their customer service is outstanding!

We purchased as part of "the big deal". It took awhile from the purchase to the work because I believe he had a huge response to the deal. We added a significant amount of work "above and beyond" the original deal. We have had problems with leaking from cracks in the parapets which needed fixing. The work was very good and I am so happy with the way everything turned out. I would definitely recommend them for your next project!!

Shai was wonderful to work with. When he came out, he told me that I didn't really need new stucco as the old stucco would last for a few more years. This was a refreshing change after being hustled by other service providers. However, since I would need new stucco in a few years anyway, I decided to go ahead and get the whole job done instead of relying on patchwork. Originally, the job was supposed to be done by June 18th. There was a delay due to rain in the heights. Basically they had to finish an existing job before getting to mine. The same thing happened on the day that they were going to come and do my patchwork. An 8:00 AM appointment turned into 2:00 PM. To his credit, Shai was very good about keeping me abreast about the delays. When the crew came out, they worked efficiently and quickly. The initial patchwork was done in about three hours and the stucco was done in about eight hours. The crew was very respectful of my property. They covered area bushes with drop cloths and draped cloths over the windows and doors as well. They also restored everything to where they found it. For example, they had moved all the patio furniture out to the lawn and had taken down lamps and unscrewed trellises. Before they left, they put everything back in its original condition, and then hosed down the plants and flowers to get off loose stucco. The color was evenly applied and there was no evidence of the patching. Basically, it looks like the house is new again. My neighbors are jealous. What else can I say?

Both my husband and I were very pleased with the job. The crew came and made repairs and returned a few days later to stucco. They were very professional, accommodating, neat, precise, and a pleasure to work with. We would hire this company again in a heart beat.

It went beautifully. I could not be happier!!! Almost as soon as I purchased the product, the owner called and then appeared at the appointed time. I ordered more work, the workers appeared as requested, did the work in a thoroughly satisfying manner, and then cleaned up, leaving the yard looking as if they had never been here. The only evidence they left were the beautifully stuccoed walls. The owner of Above & Beyond Home Improvement was absolutely fabulous: made recommendations when needed, described what was to be done and how it would be done, and then followed up with a visit after the work had been accomplished to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I was and I am. Above & Beyond will be in my future.

Fantastic! The stucco is matched beautifully even though Shai warned me stucco is really hard to match. Everyone was very professional and did very high quality work. I will use Above and Beyond Home Improvement in the future.

The work that Shai and his team performed was excellent. We needed a minor job done to repair stucco where we had converted from swamp cooler to A/C as well as a few spots that a woodpecker had decided to poke holes. Getting coordinated with Shai took a little bit of time but we completely understand since we were a small job but overall he was VERY thorough in evaluating the work and went the extra mile to really match the stucco type and color. He was very honest and did everything we needed. He even reminded me about an extra area that we discussed for patching that I forgot we discussed (he takes great notes) This job required a two trip visit so that the base could properly set. The team did a very nice job, the patch work looks excellent, and other than the fact that they are putting new stucco on a southern exposure wall that is 10 years old you would never know we had patch work done. I would definitely use Above and Beyond for future work.

Shai, the owner of Above and Beyond, was courteous, prompt, and professional. His office was equally a pleasure to deal with. He first responded within three day of the original Angie's List offer. He carefully explained what should be done and how much it would cost. We elected to expand the job beyond the original order. The job was a two-part process. Within the week, his crew came and performed a pre-stucco repair with cement and mesh wire. The reason for the delay in job completion was due to the fact that another contractor came and put down new sod along the same wall that was going to be stuccoed. Shai worked with us with great patience to be sure that the grass would not be damaged. His crew was especially careful when it came to complete the work. The wall looks beautiful.

They really did go above and beyond. The stucco color was well blended and they did more area than was estimated. I would definitely use them again.

Purchased a Big deal for Above & Beyond Home Improvement. Had to have patch work done on the stucco on exterior of the home. The front of home did not have stucco so I had it done. He did a very good job on all the work I had him do. He is very responsive and a very nice gentleman.

The contractor's response for our request for a bid was prompt, and he gave a clear summary of how he would handle the project. The price was good. The preparation was very good--important in our case because the project involved a cracked patio wall. He was able to schedule our small job between his other larger projects so that our job was finished in a reasonable time period. The workmen were prompt and efficient. The clean-up was satisfactory. The color match with the existing house structure was fine. The texture was similar to the somewhat individual style of the existing house stucco, but the difference would be noticeable if the new stucco were immediately adjacent to the old. (The contractor said the differences would fade over time.) Apparently, the contractor doesn't necessarily review the finished work in person unless requested to do so. There were no discrepancies between the amount of the bid and the billing, and the up-front payment request was reasonable.
