I am quite impressed with their work and the care given to clean up and preventing paint from going where it shouldn't. Very thorough and professional.

Shai's crew was very thorough and when they were done they left no mess or trash. There were a couple of paint boo boos that need a little touchup. They probably didn't notice as the paint tones are very similar and they didn't show up until the darker tone was dry.The stucco looks like it was brand new and that there was never a problem. The patched areas are indiscernable (sp?) from the rest of the stucco. Overall very pleased,

Excellent. Now I understand why they call themselves "Above and Beyond". They matched my stucco beautifully and even redid my courtyard wall which had a lot of holes and peeling stucco. I definitely will use them to help me to update my kitchen and redo my outside deck. Shai was great to work with. I feel like I have someone that I can depend on to help with with other home projects.s also very good

I was told roof would have a slant so that water would drain. As of today big pools of water still remain for many days after a rainfall. Water that remains amounts to approximately ankle deep in places. Stucco is fine.

Shai was very quick to respond to my phone call and schedule a time to meet. We discussed what we needed and went up on the roof. He explained what his crew would do and the likelihood of not perfectly matching the existing stucco. He wanted to make sure that I understood all the work they were going to do and any responsibility I may have (watering the stucco). His men came and began with the unfinished wall. Shai had recommended bringing the new stucco to a buttress to minimize the appearance of two different stuccos. It was an excellent idea and resulted in a seamless appearance. His men then began on the house. The work was very well done but I did notice a few places where they had missed serious cracks. Shai and I met and agreed on the fixes. His men returned and fixed those. Upon doing so, they noticed a bigger problem that was brought to my attention: a big bubble under the old stucco in an area that we were not going to fix. The decision was to fix this and it looks like new. I did have a significant issue with the front of the house where the color difference between the old and new stucco was huge. The new stucco stuck out like a sore thumb. In the back the difference was barely visible. Shai and his lead man and I met and discussed the options. The decision was made to spray a mix of two different pigments and try to blend the old with the new. The result is a great improvement on what was there. I really appreciate that Shai worked with me (I know I am very picky) in a professional and good humored way. He never lost patience or made me feel like I was asking for the moon. He wanted me to be happy with the result, and I am. I will definetly work with him again if the opportunity arises.

Overall it was a positive experience. When I had a question about something that did not happen as I thought it should, the owner addressed my concerns and solved the problem. Before I selected a contractor to do the work, I got three (3) written estimates and walked around the house with the contractor to make sure that all of the areas I was concerned about were included in the pricing. Two of the three pointed out areas I had been unaware of. Above and Beyond did not submit the lowest bid, but was one that did point out something I had not known before and they were able to begin work quickly. From our first meeting I was very comfortable with the contractor. I knew that my satisfaction was paramount. I do recommend Above and Beyond and will refer any friend who needs stucco work.

The guy from Above & Beyond Roofing was very personable and very thorough.

The original driveway had deteriated and crumbled. It had become impossible to sweep or clear of snow, when needed. It was also a hazard to any one with a disablity. After aappointment of sharing ideas with the owner of the company, materials and prices were discussed. It was a reassuring thorugh discussion with a few options or new ideas that were a possiblity to incorporparte into the plans. We came to a comfortable agrreement. The work began

Shai, the business owner, and I made an appointment that was convenient for me, to discuss the work needed. He arrived on time for that appointment. I was able to express my concerns and needs about the house's stucco repairs. Shai discussed what he had seen upon examining the structure and gave two routes that could be taken for this job. He thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of the choices and he allowed me to decide which one I was most comfortable with. A month later the work began with a dedicated crew of focused workmen. Every step of repair was just as the owner had described it would be and the materials we chose were correct as well. The area was cleaned up nightly. The head of the crew answered any questions I had, plus made sure I was happy with their work. The finishing stucco was beautifully hand troweled on. The color was exactly as the color from the chart choice sample. My yard was neatly put back into it's original form. After completion, a crew member came by daily to spray water on the outer walls making sure that it was drying properly. The job was well planned and carried out, with no details over looked. My house which is @35 years old, looks new again. Several neighbors and even strangers have had positive compliments about all the work that was done. I am very happy with the project from start to finish. The owner, Shai and his work men are "A One" professionals.

I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the stucco. We have received may compliments from neighbors on how nice the stucco looks. They were very professional. I would recommend them, which we already have.

House now has stucco falling off in huge chuncks all around house and parapets. I called him 4 times 2 years ago to look at is. He finally came our, admitted that there was a problem and said he would get back to me and I have never heard from him again. house now has to be compelely relathed and plastered then stuccoed again to correct the problems. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

They have not done the work yet, but they will be hopefully starting next week after the city sprays the gas lines.

We had a wonderful experience using Above & Beyond. Shai was professional and thorough. We were on a pretty tight schedule time-wise & Shai went "above and beyond" to get the job finished promptly. We would definitely use them again and enthusiastically recommend them.

As I mentioned above, the job went great, from the estimate, that was by far the best estimate that we got from any company, to talking and working with Shai, who's professionalism is top notch and second to none. Shai is very articulate and very knowledgeable about many things concerning home repair. Also, his workers were very professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They were very careful not to damage my wooden deck, and kept all of the work areas very clean. You could not even tell that they were here after they finished the job, other than the beautiful stucco work that they did. Once again, I highly recommend this company for any type of work to be done on homes.

The job was well done. We are very satisfied with it. The house that we are living in now is a new house built in 2006. Unfortunately the builder that constructed the house didn’t do a good job. The stucco was peeling off. The metal was rusted. We also asked him to do some work on the chimney. They came and did the job. Now, the house looks new. They were very professional, courteous and polite. We would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

Prior to signing the contract, the work was described in detail and all (except for the rain storm) went as expected. At this time, I can't be more pleased with the results.

Provided a very professional and competitive bid. Explained clearly what the stucco process involved and what work would be performed under the contact. Provided a clear and understandable contract. Began work on the agree upon date. Workers were very professional and courteous. They work very hard and carefully. When they were at work they worked and took minimal breaks even though it was hot. Cleaned the work-site daily and completely at the end of the project. Clearly explained the after work care for the stucco. Owner, Shai Shelhav, completed a thorough inspection with me to ensure all of the contract requirements were completed to my satisfaction.

My travel schedule kept me out of town during much of the re-stucco. The work was done professionally and efficiently as agreed. A quality job was done in a timely manner.

The contractor performed the work as expected. In particular he took very good care to ensure that exterior plants, etc. were not damaged by his work. Another general contractor that we use for other repairs' only comment was that he thought they were doing much more than he had expected. We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of their work.

Contacted Above and Beyond for an estimate. Shia was promp and spent quite a bit of time looking over the job. We discussed our desires and Shai was forthcoming with his recommendations. I had investigated myself and was pleased with the recommendations. Once we had signed the contract, his crew was on site within a week of the right weather to start. Once on site, crew cleaned the existing stucco and patched cracks. Right behind the patching, they started restucco and stayed on the job for a week. Progress was efficient and timely. Completed the job and cleanup within 8 days, including one day for bad weather and one saturday while waiting for material to complete. Cleanup was done well. Plants, windows, doors and patios were protected during the work.

Everything went very well. We will definately call Above & Beyond for future projects.

The contractor prepared an estimate after having seen the damage and explained in detail all the work he was proposing. His workers are professional and each job was of high quality.
