Description of Work: When I first talked with the salesman I was advised it would be several weeks before they could come out and do the job. I excepted that fact. They contacted me a few days ago and told me the 29th of this month which is tomorrow October they would do the work and they would call me 1-2 days prior to verify that they were coming out to do the job. When I called him this morning the lady told me she never gave me that date and never spoke to me about setting a specific date at all and then advise me they were 7 to 10 weeks out. To tell me one thing and then turn around the day prior to the schedule work to be done and say that there was never a date assigned for that work he’s not the way that I like to do business. The price was a bit high but I decided because their A-rating that I would except the job and the price. But when something like this happens I have no desire to deal with people like that who cannot seem to keep track of their scheduling or just flat out tell me that they didn’t do something when they actually did tell me something that was supposed to be done on a certain date.

Description of Work: ABC installed rain gutters in the front and back of the house. We also added a rain collection barrel. They also added the rain chain that we had purchased while they were installing. Very efficient and professional. Office contact was excellent.

Description of Work: ABC took down a faulty pergola to repair a rotted eave area on my house. They repaired the eave and enclosed the eave with metal facia and soffit panels that matched my stucco. They replaced the old pergola with a patio cover and guttered the back eaves.They also installed a rain barrel to be used with the runoff water from the guttering. I am very pleased with their professional workmen and installations. I would hire them again for any other repairs I may need for my home.

Description of Work: They installed seamless gutters on the front part of my house where we were having bad "flashing" issues that was affecting our stucco. The rep came out and assessed the situation, made recommendations along with available color schemes and offered a fair quote. We agreed and a couple weeks out they came and performed the work. The only gripe is they kept saying they'd have to wait until there was other work going on in our area before they would come out. I guess we had a small job so that was the reason why. We weren't present at the time, but came home to a great result and have been pleased ever since. Gutters blend in perfectly with our house and I would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Installed approximately 82-feet of matching ABC Seamless 6-inch steel rain gutter directly under the boxes directing the right side run off to the front and the rear run off to the far north west corner and down. |Used 26-guage steel materials for the gutter system with the Kynar 500 paint finish and upper end Architectural paint finish. | |The estimator David Byrd was very knowledgable and it was installed as expected. The installers were long term employees (10 years+). The warranty = 10 years on the labor ie., leaks, loose fasteners, snow/ice damage etc, and the materials are covered for the life of the home - very happy with install and quality of materials.
