The treatment got Roaches but not the ant infestation, which required a second visit. The company came back promptly, were agreeable to deal with and did not charge for the second time. Still holding our breath about ant proofing.

Michael was extremely thorough, taking time to cover everything outside and inside our home. He was professional and also very kind - my husband is disabled from a stroke and Michael was very respectful and sweet to him. When I asked how often it is typical to have extermination done, he was honest and said most people are happy with three times per year. The last company I tried insisted on every month, which we can't afford and don't need, so this made me happy and I've scheduled my next appointment.

I have used this business since 2001, thirteen years. Their rates are fantastic and I have no issues with pests!!!

ABC have put out ant granules for tiny ants that show up occasionally once a year. They have put out mouse boxes, spray all around our 7 acres in Corrales, NM and are very reasonable.

He does a great job. He is very thorough and sprays very carefully. We went out of the country and so he put stuff for the mice.

A tenant called to tell me there was a wasp nest on the front porch, which prevented them from using the front door. I called ABC Pest Management, but didn't know what kind of wasps they were. Collin Fitzgerald said he would go and take a look, but made it a point to go over that same afternoon. He treated the wasp nest and solved the problem. His bill was very reasonable. Both the tenants and I were happy! (A couple of weeks prior to that, I had called ABC to eradicate two ant colonies that had taken up residence on my patio. They were such mean, angry ants that merely to step onto the patio meant instant ant bites. I didn't know what the ants were, but Collin was able to identify them over the phone even from my inadequate description. He treated the ant beds and two days later there was not an ant to be seen.) He's professional, fast, accurate, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg! I'm a permanent fan!

I have used them twice. They were very good. They did all things and followed up with us too. We have a man here who writes in the news paper and he calls himself a bug's man and says he is expert on this kind of bugs. In his column he said if we have specific problems ant or termites he can refer us to a couple of people. He is very much against strong chemicals he likes it done naturally. I contacted him and he is one who referred me to ABC.

It went fine. There really isn't much to tell. I called, they came out the next day, were very nice and killed the wasp nest in the garden. I paid them . I would use them again

I called one other service and then ABC. After speaking with Collin a few minutes, he stated he could come right away, this also had to do with my close approximation to his shop. He worked quite awhile on this nest as the yellowjackets were well established. They should be gone by this afternoon, however if they return or attempt to re-establish their nest, the company stated, "just call and we will handle it

Excellent! He said to give it a week to ten days and if it didn't work he would come back but the ants were gone immediatly. I am very impressed because our previous pest control company worked on it for three years and never solved the problem!

Jason showed up around appointed time, examined the property. Sprayed for roaches first, identifying a nearby city water shutoff enclosure with hundreds of roaches and larvae. He identified types on ants nearby and sprayed for those, then left some crystals at key locations. Things have been clean and quiet following the treatment.

THIS COMPANY DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEIR PRODUCT REALLY WORKS, THEY ARE PROMPT AND FINISH IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I WOULD REFER THEM TO OTHERS.

YES I ABSOLUTELY WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY! I THINK THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND THEY CALL TO SEE IF WE NEED THEM TO COME OUT MORE OFTEN. THEY DO QUALITY WORK.
