I called for a diagnosis and estimate, Norman, the repairman, arrived within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it working within half an hour. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I called after hours and left a message that inquired how much it would cost for an estimate. I received a call back, first thing, the next day. The estimate cost was inexpensive and would be applied to a repair, I I chose to use them for the job. They offered to come out the next day. The only downside was that the repairmen were a couple of hours late in showing up. Traffic was the cause, which can be understandable. I would have just appreciated a call earlier in the window that they were late. I did end up getting a call, but not until an hour and a half of wondering if if they were coming. Once they arrived, they were very nice, and very quick with an estimate. I would definitely call them again, if needed. My repair was going to be too costly, compared to a new refrigerator, so I chose not to schedule a repair.

Excellent second choice ...punctual, honest, fair in price and professional. Dx the problem and husband was able to finish the job himself.

I would highly recommend ABC Appliance repair. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and the service was excellent.

Called on Tuesday morning and was told repairman would be by between 5:00 and 7:00 pm that evening. Norman came at 6:50. He was kind, friendly. He knew immediately what the problem was. We opted to forego a new ice maker because of the age of our old one. He disabled the ice maker so we could still use our water dispenser. He was done in approximately 20 minutes. I’ll call ABC again for future repairs.

They charged me $63.65 for an evaluation but they refused to give me an itemized, parts & labor, estimate for my home warranty company. I had to hire someone else who gave my warranty company an itemized repair estimate. ABC refused to return my evaluation fee of $63.65.

Went great! Would use Sears again and again for appliance installation and/or repair.

Excellent work by the repair person Norman. The dryer noise/squeak was fixed by replacing the drum bearings. I am calling ABC again to fix the same issue with another dryer I have.

Technician was very professional (Norman) & punctual.

Replaced part at a reasonable price

The repair man replaced the broken part and my 20 year old washer is working.

We were extremely happy with ABC Appliance Repair when we called about our washer and dryer. They were able to give us same-day service, and super-nice technician Ray Trujillo diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. Plus, when ordering parts he discovered that the "Kenmore" appliances had really been manufactured by LG ... "You got a Mercedes with a Chevy sticker," he said. Ray returned two days later with the needed parts, fixed everything within a half-hour, and at no extra charge replaced a crushed dryer exhaust hose we didn't even know about--even cleaned up the lint afterwards with our broom and hand-vac! The first-visit service charge was applied to the cost of repairs, and we got our 10% Angie's List discount too. It's great to find a small, local company that does such a great job!

Got an appointment quickly, and as it was a minor issue, the employee taught me how to fix it myself next time.

Norman showed up 5 minutes early which was nice considering I only booked the appointment that day @ 1:30 PM. Asked what the problem was and immediately got to work. Was very patient and answered all my questions while he was working. Took him about 30 minutes to find out that the problem was the compressor was only working at 50% capacity due to its age and could no longer keep up with drawing the temperature down before a defrost cycle would start. Was very honest and did not recommend repairing the unit due to its age but recommended replacing as soon as possible as it would not last much longer.

The technician came out the same day the appointment was made and returned the next day with the door-seal to complete the repair. The technician indicated the seal had been damaged by a loose bracket, which he replaced with a zip tie. The repair took less than an hour. Although their repair service seems to be somewhat expensive, they are always very quick to come out and do all needed repairs quickly and correctly. I highly recommend this company for any large appliance repair where fast and effective service is important.

It went great! Norman showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner, and completed the repair to my satisfaction. Everything is working great now. Called ABC and got an appt. time between 10-12. Repairman showed up an hour late. Once here the repairman determined I needed a freon charge. He quoted a recharge would be $419, before the Angies List discount. (refrigerator holds a whole 6 Oz freon ). However he forgot his freon tank. Had to make a new appt. Again showed up late.

The technician knew the problem and knew what to do to try to fix it.

Came the next day when other shops had appointments several days away. Excellent service and explanation of what was wrong.

We had a terrific experience with ABC. We called on Saturday and they were able to schedule service for Sunday. The technician who did the work, Norman, was very professional and efficient. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use ABC again should a need arise.
