he They were pleasant. They were quick and when they determined that the dishwasher needed a new control panel they decided that I was getting so much done that they did not charge for that panel.

Arrived on time. Courteous and helpful. Did a thourough inspection of the dryer, including: response time, heating elements, door gaskets & seals, checked each cycle to see if sensors were working properly, checked the tempurature (over or under-heating), water lines (for steam cycle). Gave me info on what was and wasn't working properly, but did not repair since I already have a extended warranty co. for the dryer. Cleaned the dryer lint area, then vaacumed around dryer (in back). Blew out, then cleaned the dryer vent. They did a great job of explaining what they were doing and why, then what repairs (if any) were needed and why. I would definately use them in the future for any appliance repair!

Service person arrived on time. He was very courteous and had a neat, clean appearance. He evaluated my oven, described to me what the problem was. After calling to get the exact cost of the part, he gave me the information regarding the cost to do the repair. He had the part on his truck and did the work promptly. I would definitely use ABC Appliance again. I feel like I received, prompt, professional service at a reasonable price.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and my refrigerator is working like new. Leveling the dishwasher has also improved the overall function. I would highly recommend ABC Appliance Repair as they were honest and professional.

We called for our appointment. No response. I went on the internet and left a message on their website to call or email me for an appointment. No response. I called again and was able to talk to someone. She said, Sorry, we don't service your area. Call Angie's List for a refund. We don't have their number, sorry. They did call me back a few minutes later with the 888 number though. So we would like a refund since we cannot get this service. BTW, we live in Cedar Crest, 9 miles outside of ABQ.

The service person checked the vent outside, and opened up the dryer to make sure everything was clear inside. He cleaned up and explained everything well and said that the dryer was in good condition and would not need a cleaning for a few years. I would go to this company if I needed a repair, but I wonder if it was worth the price. The service person was pleasant and professional.

Technician responded same day to determine that the problem was a faulty electronic sensor. He ordered the part and installed it the next day. Service was prompt, on time, and professional. He also tole me my washer was known for having this problem an that the manufacturer had corrected it so I should not see the new sensor fail. They also had a 90 day parts and labor coverage of the new part.

ABC Appliance technician arrived on time and began evaluating the problem with the Kitchen Aid refridgerator. The entire unit was not cooling or freezing. He checked the obivious and easy problems first and then systematically went through the refridgerator until he discovered the mother board was fried. It was physicall black in one small area. After calling back to the office to see if they had one on-hand (which they did not) he placed the order. New board arrived next day and was replaced. Everything works. In addition he noticed the water line was kinked and fixed that at no charge. The job went smoothly and very professionally. Will definately use and recommend ABC Appliance.

The repairman was very friendly, punctual, helpful and efficient. He explained each step of his inspection and maintenace as he went along in great detail. He was extremely knowledgeable and completely professional.

Norman was great! I booked the appointment because of the Angie's List discount and because they could see me on a Friday. After Norman diagnosed my problem, he explained the issues and options completely. They we decided to order the parts and connect asap the following week for installation. He called me to update me on the parts and then again to set an appointment time that was convenient for me. He arrived on time, did the work and was gone an hour later. I will call them again and recommend them to friends.

A great experience. The technician called to say the person before me cancelled and could he come early to my job. That was great. He explained everything he did and shared what things I can do for myself in the future if I choose. The best was he gave me a source for the knobs needed for the dryer and I got to do that job myself :). I am new to the area and I will definitely add ABC Appliance Repair to my list of repair people.

Problem wasn't with the washing machine it was with the drain and we needed a drain cleaning service. Technican was right on time, very nice and knowledgeable.

Norman was very late, but he called three times to update me on his whereabouts and to provide and estimated time of arrival. He apologized and offered to reschedule, but since we were flexible that day, I told him not to worry about it. He called when he was five minutes away to let me know he was almost there. He turned out to be the nicest guy you can imagine. Our refrigerator was not cooling properly and our dishwasher was not cleaning properly. Therefore, we requested ABC's $149 "kitchen tuneup" service, which covered the refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Norman realized pretty quickly that the refrigerator was not working properly because the compressor cooling fan was not running. He thought we would need to replace the fan, which is an expensive repair. However, he told me that sometimes the fans just jam up and quit working and he tried to see if he could get it running. It turns out that Norman was right, the fan was jammed and he was able to get it running freely again. Refrigerator problem solved. The dishwasher was not working correctly because the jets were clogged. He showed me how to fix this problem in the future, finished the "tune up" and left us very satisfied.

Ray came during the appointment window of 2 hours, asked me questions about what I thought was wrong and why, determined for himself the issue. He quoted me a price for the repairs, which were perfectly reasonable, and included the 10% off repairs coupon from Angies List, plus a coupon his company was currently providing. He then repaired the problem with parts he carried on his truck. He was in and out of the washing machine very quickly while I watched, and described the entire process, showing me my worn out parts. He then replaced the machine exactly where it had been, cleaned up after himself, then did the paperwork. The entire process took maybe 1/2 hour total.

They were able to come by that same morning. Norman arrived right on time and was able to fix the problem quickly. I am very pleased with their great service.

He told me to just try the starter first before I would have to do anymore work. The worker told me once they open the package, its not refundable. It didn't even work for a full day. But he told me there is no refund or warranty and he would not give me the box for the part. He told me it could work for 3 hours or 3 years but there was nothing they could do about it because they opened the package. I asked him while he was here if he would mind to tighten the handle on the refrigerator door, but he told me he could not do that because he would have to take off the entire inside of the door, thats not true, you just have to take a little screw out.

Did a good job and went far and beyond in that he suggested a solution to the problem so that it wouldn't happen again. I am not sure about the pricing because I am not up on what is the going price and what is a great deal or not so don't know if they are an "A" or a "B" but I know we would not have figured out the problem with the refrigerator without them. Also helped me put things back into the freezer afterwards, which he didn't need to do at all.

Called in to schedule the appointment and that was super easy and she was friendly. The technician (Ray) who came out to the house was very knowlegable and a pleasure to work with. He was able to come out earlier than the scheduled time which worked out better for my day. He was familiar with the refrigerator problem and promptly made the necessary repairs. He checked and tightened the hoses in the washing machine--it looked like that could be the cause of the minor water leak. Although no one enjoys paying for appliance repairs, I do feel like the payment made was fair and just considering the parts, labor, and professionalism of the technician. I would definitely use them again and will recommend ABC Appliance Repair to others.

The price was a bit high but the quality of work they provided were excellent.

My washing machine was leaking on the floor. I checked Angie's List and chose ABC because of the comments of others. They agreed to come out and check my machine the following day. They arrived about 1/2 hour later then promised, but that was no big deal. The tech was named Ray. He was very firendly and got right to work. It took him nearly 5 minutes to find the problem and another 6 minutes to fix it. He was out in approx 15 minutes from the time he arrived.

WOW! I looked on Angie's List for a repairman for our refrigerator. I had just bought $250 worth of groceries the day before, and the fridge stopped cooling! ABC Appliance Repair had excellent ratings and now I know why! Very prompt, got service for me the same day, the technician was super nice and explained everything! And, he told us what might be wrong with our air conditioner, too! (He was right!). A+++ Don't bother looking anywhere else! This is a great company!

The technician that was here was really excellent at what he was doing. I would recommend them to other members.

The technician arrived promptly, worked quickly and did a very good job. He gave me a quote as soon as he saw what needed to be done. When the job was completed, the bill was identical to the quote. We'll definitely consider ABC Appliance Repair first for future repairs we need.

The courteous technician arrived exactly on time to repair my Samsung front load washing machine. He repaired what he believed was the problem but the same problem occurred when I did the next load of clothes. I called immediately the office to report that the machine was not really repaired. Within two hours I received an apologetic phone call from the technician to let me know that a senior technician would be out the next day to look at the problem. The senior technician was late but I received a call from the office in advance to let me know of the delay. I appreciated the courtesy. The senior technician found that the pump was damaged but had a replacement part in his truck. What astonished me was that he had my check for the original service that he returned to me. I will recommend ABC Appliance Repair whenever to opportunity arises.
