Great, thanks to the kind, professional young technician, Adrian. He resolved my repairs quickly and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. This business is upfront about all costs, no surprises.

My washer suddenly wouldn't drain so I checked with Angie's list on Sunday night. Early Monday morning ABC Appliance Repair called, an appointment was made for later that morning. Adrian showed up on time, and found out that I needed a new pump. He said that he'd pick one up & they'd call to set up an appointment for after the holidays. Well, he ended up having some time at the end of the day and came back to fix my washer. I definitely will use them again. Adrian was thorough in his explanations of what repairs needed to be done, was diligent & hard working. He cleaned up when he finished and was very respectful. It's great to find a local company that works hard, has fair pricing, and shows the utmost respect for their clients.

First they charge $59.99 for diagnostic. a brand new heating element costs $20-$30. The technician was on time and very nice, but when he gave me the price after he took my dryer apart, $380.00 + tax ($410.00), I was in shock. I then asked the tech why the cost was so high, he did not "know", he only said, That's what they (ABC) charge. I called ABC and asked the lady for an itemized receipt on a break down, being $59.99 for a diagnostic and $20-$30 for the part, I asked her why the additional $300? All she said was, "Hey that's our charge for the service call, a flat rate" I then mentioned to the lady at ABC, "When I first made the appointment, I told her, I do not want no hidden costs and/or surprises, like a 300-400 bill", she said, depends on what needs to be done. After being charged a HEFTY $400 to replace a $20-$30 part, technician was there for 1 hour, my dryer was fixed, but I believe ABC knows how to victimize their customers with a LOW Diagnostic price and HIDDEN final cost. After the fact, I was told to replace a Heating element, one should not have been charged no more than $200. ABC's tech got the job done, but ABC as a business and it's practices are DECEPTIVE. BEWARE CONSUMER!!!

The worker was very nice. He just didnt fix our washer. It still is doing the same thing. I dont want to get him in trouble because he was very nice. But my $180 was for nothing!

Norman from ABC was prompt when he came to diagnose but not so when he came to repair. He said he would stay in touch if he found the part or not, he didn't. He finally texted me to let me know he ordered the wrong part and asked me for a picture of the model info which I sent him. During this time the gray water began to smell and I had to leave my garage door open.....not a safe option for me. When the part arrived and the final work was to be done he arrived well outside the time window, basically I waited and missed my class. Overall Norman was very kind, polite and professional when he was here. He even helped me with a problem I had with the fridge door. He cleaned up the laundry room and got rid of the smell too. Nice guy. Maybe ABC stretches their repairmen a bit thin which makes promptness a problem. A discount should be provided when overly late.

Adrian was very dedicated to finding the problem. It took a couple of times to find out what was wrong. He was was extremely polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have him come and work on the washer.

It was great! ABC is an awesome company.

Technician Norman diagnosed the problem and a (pricey) part had to be replaced. Since it was going to take a while (and a few loads) to be sure all was well again, he said he'd call me later the next day to see . And it was !

Came out and did a check of temperature in refrigerator on Monday. Ordered ice maker and said he would call when in. I called their office on Thursday and they said they would call when in. I called the tech direct on Thursday afternoon and left a message. He texted me later and asked if 1-3 was ok. He texted at 3 and said he would be there at 3:30. He arrived around 4 and replaced the ice maker. Apologized for being late. Cost of part $104. Rest was labor. Total $388. Very professional service overall.

Perfect. Norman was punctual, polite, and professional. He somehow had the old part that was needed in his van, though it's no longer a common item. He quickly had the problem fixed and then scooted the heavy refrigerator back to where it belonged. I would definitely hire ABC Appliance Repair again.

Perfect. I have used them twice now, and they are currently repairing a burnt-out clutch on my washing machine. The part took a few days to order, but it will be finished soon.
