Great. Called yesterday and service completed today. Tech arrived promptly at scheduled time. Tech skilled, personable, and professional. Work completed quickly.

Steve arrived on time and was able to get the stuck water filter(button push release) out of my refrigerator that I had tried to remove many times. He also cleanned the coils at the bottom of the refrigerator. He ran gallons of water threw the filter until the water on the door didn't leak (air in line

There was an apparent problem with the phone and answering system Sat. am, and when I called to confirm I did not reach a live voice. We continued to wait, and when we got close to the end of the wait window, i called again. At about 15 minutes after our 10-12 window, I got a call with an apology and a promise to head right over. When the technician arrived, he was very friendly, and apologized once again for the scheduling. He offered additional inconvenience discounts for the trouble. He assessed the problem with our dryer very quickly, had the parts on hand, and gave us an estimate. He went out of his way to show us how we could avoid the problem in the future and a few easy things that we could do as preventive maintenance. He was fast, friendly, and on his way. Within an hour, I got a call from the owner of the company, asking how the service was and again, apologizing for the scheduling problem, and thanking us for our business.

They were very prompt and courteous. They were willing to have me watch if I wanted to and asking him what he was doing, and why. He went through it again with me and there was a checklist of the things that he checked. I would definitely consider them. He was very pleasant and professional. The price was reasonable.

I wanted the check up, and also for several weeks the refrigerator seemed to have a temperature control problem. The service provider became stuck getting to my house for the appointment because of a snow fall the day before. He willingly set a new appointment for after roads were in better shape, and made no additional charge. He checked the appliances covered in the Big Deal offer and answered numerous questions from me about how they worked, and what type of maintenance needs to be done. He cleaned around the refrigerator, which had not been done in quite some time, in hopes that this would result in it again working properly. He also replaced a damaged water hose to the water and ice dispenser, which accounted for the additional cost beyond the Big Deal offer. He identified what device in the refrigerator was the likely culprit in its not maintaining appropriate temperatures and looked up the cost of what it would be to replace it. This was very helpful information for deciding whether to repair the refrigerator or replace it. As it turned out, the vacuuming around it did not resolve the temperature problem, and given how much the repair would cost, the following week I chose to replace the refrigerator. The ABC service man was very experienced and skilled and had appropriate tools. Should I need actual appliance repairs in the future, I will certainly consider him and his company. His visit had been a pleasant and informative encounter.

He came out and did a nice job. We had a specific issue and he checked it out. He showed us how we could resolve that permanently. He did everything that he was supposed to do.

My front loading Kenmore washer was leaking. I noticed that the bellow had a large gash in it. I called ABC Appliance Repair and asked them for an estimate to replace the bellow. They called my back the same day and quoted me a price of $330. I greed and they scheduled the repair for the next day. On the day of the repair the technician, Ray, called to tell me he was running ahead of schedule and asked If he could come early. I was very eager to get the washer back in to service and delighted he was coming early. Ray showed up and went right to work. He quickly removed the old bellow installed the new one. He patiently answered my questions and ran the washer through a cycle to make sure it was no longer leaking. Problem fixed in less than a half hour. When Ray was totaling the bill he informed me that I would get an additional 10% off the price because I used Angie's list. Total price $298. Less than the quote- how often does that happen? So needless to say, I was very impressed with ABC Appliance Repair. They gave me a competitive quote, scheduled the repair quickly, came when they said they would, fixed my washer and charged me less than they said they would. What's not to like? These guys did a great job. Both Deborah who answered the phone and got me the quote and Ray who did the work did a outstanding job. I recommend them without hesitation

They were on time and had a good price. The repairman kept me informed on the status of parts being ordered. It went very good and I would use them again. They found a corroded contact on a dishwasher. He could have quoted a much higher price if he chose another repair method, so he saved me a couple hundred dollars. I appreciated their honesty.

Our built-in microwave that came with our house (bought seven years ago) quit working. The appliance repair person (Ray) arrived on time. 1st, he checked the power to the microwave. He removed the front and discovered bad fuses. He replaced the fuses and the microwave seemed to be repaired. However, when he tested it, it blew the new fuses and tripped the circuit breaker. He was then able to give us an estimate on the needed part...which was almost the cost of a new microwave. I decided to replace the microwave. We discussed installation options, and Ray told me that ABC appliance has microwaves in stock and for sale. without any pressure at all, he explained the advantages and disadvantages of choosing ABC for replacement . I decided to buy the microwave from ABC appliance because our service fee would be applied to the balance of our total bill. And, with the 10% Angie's List discount (which also applied to the microwave) we saved a lot of time, trouble, and money. Because we decided to buy the new microwave from ABC, they gave us a "loner" to use while we were without a working microwave. Later, at a time that was convenient to us, Ray called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time. He removed the old microwave and replaced it with a new one. I can't believe it, but there was NOTHING to complain about. Such excellent service is hard to come by.

I called on Wednesday to request repair service. A technician arrived promptly the next morning diagnosed the problem and replaced the ice maker from stock from his van. The appointment took less than 20 minutes and I was back in business with ice cubes later that evening. What a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this business. Thank you ABC!!

Showed up as scheduled. Checked appliances. Adjusted temps of fridge and cleaned coils. All performed as advertised. Good company, good service.

Our front loader LG dryer had started making noises and finally started thumping loudly, so I knew the rollers for the drum were shot. The appliance repair company we have used in the past, told us they do not service LG. I found ABC Appliance Repair through Angie's List and they sent someone out promptly. We were told that a complete kit of parts (seals, rollers, belt, tension pulley, etc.) would be required because their experience found repeated returns if they only repaired the currently bad items. The kit would recondition the machine for about 5 to 7 years, matching the time we have had the machine. Kit had to be ordered and an appointment was made to do the installation. We received a call from the technician the day before the appointment, saying he could make the repair that afternoon (a Sunday), if it was OK with us. The repair went smoothely, he cleaned up thoroughly and we are completely satisfied with the results. The dryer runs very quietly as it did when it was new. (The technician's daughter was scheduled to have a baby on Monday, so he was working Sunday to be able to be there for her.)

Overall it went very well from the beginning to the finals service completion...was professional all the way.

The response for scheduling a service call was prompt and courteous. The technnician came out and within 10 minutes found that a large ant had shorted a section of the control circuit card. A replacement card had to be ordered and another service call was scheduled when the part arrived. The technician replaced the circuit card in about 15 minutes and was done. He was prompt and efficient. The only drawback was the price of the circuit card at $400.00. That is the manufacturer's price. ABC Appliance repair is professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

The appointment was scheduled promptly. I called and got an appointment the next day. Ray arrived in the time frame that I was told they would arrive. He was very professional and did a thorough job identifying the problem. It was the circuit board. Since it was an older dishwasher I decided not to fix it. I would most definitely recommend their services and they have made it to my contact list in my smartphone.

The technician, Norman, identified the problem and provided us with an estimate fothe repair. He was courteous and knowledgable. A few days later once the part was in stock, he returned to imstall it,and it has been working satisfactorly ever since.

Service person arrived on schedule. Introduced & shown to dryer. He removed the dryer from the laundry area & cleaned lint from inside dryer and dryer vent. He was neat & clean, cleaning work area after he finished. Reported his findings and opinions on the condition of the 25+-year-old dryer. Very thorough & professional.

ABC was great. He told me what he was going to do to the dryer and vent before he worked on it, showed me the dirt from the dryer vent (yikes) and gave me tips on keeping the dryer (and my washer) clean.

After checking reviews on Angie's List, I selected ABC Appliance Repair and called them at 7:30 am. The phone was answered quickly and an appointment for between 9:00-11:00 am was made. Norman showed up during that time frame. He checked our refrigerator, had the parts on his truck, and repaired the appliance. He explained what the problem was, showed me the damaged parts as he repaired the unit, and gave me tips for future maintenance. The experience with ABC was very positive and I would recommend them to others.

We took advantage of this special because suddenly our dryer was not drying properly. Come to found out, our vent was completely clogged. He had to pull out the machine and ream the vent from close to the floor up through the roof -- doing it from the inside and the outside. The dryer was working fine, but, after inspecting the machine, the technician told us he could hear a bearing wearing out. He told us that it could still go on a long time before it fails, so we should wait until it does to get it fixed. The company was prompt in its giving an appointment and the technician was right on time.
