Communication was clear and quick through Angie's List. Showed up on time, was fast and efficient, and explained what he was doing and what he found. Cleaned up after himself and behind/under the refrigerator. Appreciated his input and information! Liked that a uniform was worn.

We have a Maytag Bravas HE top loading washing machine that is approximately 3-4 years old. It has been giving us an "uL" error (unlevel load) for each load. We called ABC Appliance to fix it. They gave me a 2 hour window between 11-1pm. The technician arrived at 12:50, so I ended up having to take more time off from work and got back to work late, which I wasn't too happy about. The technician looked at the washing machine and thought that a spindle or bearing was bad, but it could not be replaced without also having to replace the motor, spindle, and basket which he estimated would cost about $600. I told him that I would probably end up just buying a new washing machine. After thinking about it for a day or two, I called another appliance repair company for a second opinion (an Authorized Maytag Repair Facility). The technician came out, looked at the bottom of the washing machine, found that the motor casing was loose (one nut) and tightened it in about 45 seconds. Fixed the problem. I ended up paying ABC Appliance for a service call where no work was done, and a bad recommendation. It's a good thing I decided to get that second opinion.

He did great. He found the problem right away and didn't charge us any repair fees, just the service call. He was punctual and professional. I would use him again if I needed to in the future. His prices are very reasonable.

I've used ABC several times for fixing appliances in my rental properties. They always answer the phone quickly and handle appointments efficiently. They work with me as a landlord to contact tenants to set appointments when I can't get there and they call me back to handle payment. They were able to come out the next day to fix this fridge that wasn't cooling. The only thing I didn't love for this visit was the price. Their markup for the part they replaced was huge! Until I can fix appliances myself, I will still call them.

It turned out just fine. It didn't start up very well because I didn't get a call back. There's something that happened to their place and they weren't able to return the call. But when they did from there on, it was just fine. He set up an appointment and came over. He did the job and that's why I ended up buying a new dishwasher but it was riffed because I didn't know what was going on with the old one. They found out that the motor had been totally gone. It’s more expensive to fix than to buy a new one so I went and buy a new one but they took care of the refrigerator perfectly. I wasn't happy with the price because I wanted a cheaper price.

The technician called to say he would be about an hour late due to a vehicle accident. Very aplogetic when he arrived, and he went right to work. He was professional, friendly, and I would use this company's services again.

Everything is working perfectly. We will definitely use ABC again for any other appliance repairs.

He suggested I buy a new washer. He was only here for a few minutes. I think it is ridiculous how much it costs for them to come out and not do any work.

I wish is wasn't so expensive, but he had the part in his truck and if we would have attempted to fix it ourselves, it would have been much more time consuming.

The technician explained everything to me and went into detail well. He was very knowledgeable. He was great to deal with. He was on time for the appointment and scheduling was perfect. They were able to come out same day or the next day of when I called.

Service rep came out, and quickly diagnosed and fixed problem with washing machine. Provided advise on fridge, which I took and corrected the problem. Will use again

When contacted, ABC was courteous and thorough in explaining how they charged. Surprisingly, they were able to send a technician within a few hours of my call. The tech arrived as scheduled. He examined the door, quickly determined the nature of the problem and fixed it. He checked the ice maker and determined that it was working but that the problem with the door was the likely cause for the malfunction. He recommended that we use the ice maker now that the door was working; if there were any other problems with the ice maker, he would come back to make any needed repairs. The tech was great, and after 48 hours the ice maker is working fine. The cost was less than expected.

My dryer didn't work and buzzed when I tried to start it. I contacted the provider after hours via email Friday and received a call the following morning. Had service that day, Saturday. Not only did the serviceman fix the dryer but discovered another safety issue with the outlet that caused the original problem. I was very pleased with ABC Appliance responsiveness and very pleased with the service provided. This resolved a potentially dangerous and unsafe situation for my home. Though this took longer than expected, I was very pleased and will use the service again if need be. Many thanks to the professional service that I received.

I liked that he just told us how to fix the issue and he was reputable. He was also very honest. He was a little late on arriving for the appointment but he did call way before to let us know he was running behind. The technician was very good to our dog as well. The refridgerator works great now.

I highly suggest ABC Appliance Repair. I called them about an issue with our dryer. When I got the call from our service tech that he was on the way, he asked what the issue was. I explained what the problem was, and he provided troubleshooting assistance over the phone. He quickly let us know that the part to fix it would be $350. He could have just as easily come out and charged us for the service call, knowing we wouldn't be likely to do the repair. I highly appreciated his honesty and will definitely use this company when we do have an appliance repair need in the future.

The man was prompt, courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. Very skilled and talked with us as he worked to find the problem.

He was friendly, professional, and I was pleased with service. However, part was no longer available and had to purchase a new cooktop. Would use ABC appliance repair again and recommend him,

All went well, but after 6 weeks, the bellows had slipped off. This happened again, then a 3rd time. At this time the 90 day guaranty had expired but they assured me that they would honor their work. After research on their part, the defective part was pulled and has been replaced. Throughout this process, ABC was always kind and courteous. The serviceman (Ray) who handled all my issues, was always very professional in every way. He apologized about this rare occurrence and ABC even threw in a couple braided supply lines that I had requested to purchase on the last visit. I've used ABC in the past. I've never had a parts issue gone wrong, but they get the highest marks for handling my needs. I will definitely use them again. I value the integrity they bring to the table and that speaks volumes of a company these days. I must also mention that Deborah was very courteous and helpful with scheduling my appointments. The repair person was helpful, showed me some workings of the appliances, and where things were located.

Initially it took quite a long time to make contact with this company after we purchased the deal. They did not respond through the Angies List system in the expected time from and did not respond to phone calls. Once they finally did respond through the system, the were prompt in making the appointment. The service person was very polite, respectful of our time, knowledgeable and thorough. We were having problems with the dishwasher that were not entirely resolved, but they did perform the service that we purchased. A part was replaced on the refrigerator and we did pay an additional cost for that and it took about another week for the part as it had to be ordered. Overall it was a good experience with the exception of making the initial appointment.
