The man who came was friendly, professional and very good at his job. He discovered wiring beneath the dryer drum that was causing most of the problem. Fixed dryer without having to come back another day which was wonderful! Will use them again.

On time, professional and quality repair. One hiccup - After the repair tech left, the washer vibrated a lot where it hadn't vibrated any before. The Tech came back and leveled the machine and it no longer vibrates.

They arrived on schedule, they did a quality job in all respects, and they didn't leave a mess. Ultimately, it was a good experience.

Ray was prompt and wasted no time getting to work. His attitude was totally professional but friendly. He worked steadily until the job was done and clean up accomplished. I called last week to schedule the repair. The technician came promptly and fixed the washing machine vibration issue in less than 1/2 hour. I bought the anti-vibration pads for the Washer and Dryer on Amazon for $25 per set.

Fast and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and had a new drain pump in the inventory on the truck. He installed it quickly and tested it twice. All in all he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again and I would recommend him to anyone

Our experience with ABC Appliance was positive from the time we first called through completion of the repair. Debra was able to schedule an appointment for the following day and was very courteous. Ray was our service technician. He was prompt and arrived within the 2 hour window we had been given by Debra. Ray was both professional and pleasant. Most importantly, he was able to repair the clothes dryer and explain what the problem was. We will definitely call ABC again with future appliance repair issues.

The company was very responsive. I called Monday and Ray was here within the promised interval the next afternoon. He was very professional and explained the problems well. ABC waived the service call fee since I did the repair right away. I received the Angie's LIst discount, and because I am agreed to write a review in a timely manner, I got another $10 off. I highly recommend ABC Appliance Repair and would call them again.

In August 2014 a technician from ABC Appliance Repair came to my house and spent approx. 30 seconds fixing my ice dispenser. He charged me the service call since there was so little time spent. The ice maker is now doing the same thing and I called the company to have the technician come back. The receptionist, Deborah Trujillo, could not find any record of the service and, rudely, told me that the technician would get in trouble because he only charged me for a service call. He should have charged me $149 for the 30 sec it took him to fix my problem. I tried to explain that he was only here for a few minutes. She talked over me, continually interrupted me, and refused to give me the owner's name and phone number. This woman should not be interacting with the public, particularly those with high blood pressure! I will never use this company again, even though the technician did a terrific job. The office staff was totally unprofessional. I have copied this review and will repost on Facebook and Twitter.

t was easy to make an appointment. Tech came out on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He stayed to make sure everything was running properly. Tech was nice and professional. First time I've had anybody come out and fix my dishwasher, so I didn't know what to expect price wise. May check other places to see what pricing goes for, the next time. They did explain a $59 service call fee when I made the appointment. If you decide to go with them, that fee is waived. If you decide to go with another company, you have to pay that amount. The $129 included my 10% off and an additional $15 off for writing a review on Google...otherwise, it would have been $159.

It went wonderful...I had a great experience with Ray (the tech) and the customer service team.

After moving into our new home, we discovered that our gas range would take 15 - 45 seconds to allow gas to flow to the burners after the knob was turned on. We called ABC to diagnose the issue. I was impressed with the fact that they were able to get a tech out to the house within two hours on the same day. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He examined the stove and determined that all 4 gas valves and the electrical ignition wiring harness had to be replaced. We were quoted approximately $625 for the repair, which we felt was fair given that the parts are pricey and the complexity of the repair. We decided that we could not afford the repair at the time and could live with the delay in starting the burners. We paid their $55 diagnosis fee and decided to wait to fix it until a later time. Subsequently, I did some research on the internet and found other people who had the same problem with this range. They suggested that replacing the pressure regulator -- a $40 part -- would fix the problem. My father and I took a shot at replacing the regulator and it completely fixed the problem. I was disappointed that the ABC technician was not able to diagnose the problem correctly and ended up mistakenly quoting us a much more expensive repair instead. As I stated earlier, the technician was very professional and I have no doubt that he would have quoted me a fair price to replace the pressure regulator had the diagnosis been correct. Replacing the part myself wasn't extremely complicated, but I would have much rather had a professional install it.

He was perfect. He explained to me WHY my dryer was not working and fixed it. Very tidy, very personable.

Ray, the technician, knew his business. He quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the needed hardware which was quite expensive! Actually he suggested we buy a new microwave, but we wanted to stay with the one that matched the range.

It's 3 days before Christmas with house guests arriving in 2 hours...ABC saved the day! I called this morning and they were able to get someone here today early in the window of time. I've used them before and coincidentally got the same technician as last visit. He, Ray, is professional, very friendly and gets the job done. I've always had a great experience with this company (which is locally owned - an added benefit). Highly recommend

After different repair service fell through, ABC was great. They scheduled the appt for the next day. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and the price was reasonable.

Norman removed and troubleshot the oven, replaced the thermal sensor and fuse, and reinstalled the unit in about 90 minutes. He also suggested we no longer use the auto clean feature since most ovens fail during this cycle because of poor design. That's excellent advice. We don't use our oven often, but it's nice to have it when you need it!

I used Angie's List to request service on Sunday, 12-14-14. They were not open and did not respond. Early on Monday, 12-15-14, I called to get service scheduled. They didn't have anything before Tuesday, 12-16-14. Since I only had a few wet items, I agreed to a fixed appointment on Tuesday. I was given a window of 11am to 1pm. The service tech, Ray, arrived about 12:30pm. As soon as he saw the brand and model of washing machine, and heard my description of what was wrong, he knew exactly what the problem was. He had the replacement part in his truck, and did the repair immediately. Before he left, he ran a full load of water through all the cycles so that we both knew it was fixed. I will use ABC Appliance Repair in the future, and will recommend them to friends.

1 week later I called ABC because we were still pumping water. They said they found the order and would call me back. I assumed that day. Wrong, the next day they said Ray could come the day after. Ray came the next day. I asked to see the invoice on this 200.00 part. He said he did not have it and they would send it to me. Then after returning from the truck he said I could not see the invoice at all. I do not trust these people and would never use them again. Ray also did not call before he came, so I almost missed him. Ray had promised to clean the refrigerator dust,but that did not happen nor did he clean any of the awful mess the whole thing had made.

I called ABC Appliance at 8:00 AM and serviceman Ray came to repair oven that very afternoon. Ray was prompt, very knowledgeable, neat and fast. I would definitely use them again although, the cost to replace a fairly cheap part was quite high.

The repairman (Norman) was very courteous and punctual.

Ray called in advance of his arrival giving an estimated time of arrival. He arrived within the time frame. He was pleasant and professional and went right to work diagnosing my washer leak. After the diagnosis he provided me with an explanation of what repairs would need to be done and an estimate of the cost. Since the cost was more than I wanted to pay for an older washer, we discussed the merits of top load vs front load. I appreciated his input and was pleased with the service he provided. After further research I purchased a new washer at Lowe's so I won't need ABC Appliance Repair for washer repairs. However they repair all appliances and if I need someone for other appliances in the future, I will call them.
