He came on time; both for the estimate appointment and to do the actual job. He did what he said he would do for the price he quoted; all very straightforward. We'd definitely recommend him/use him again.

I called in the morning to make an appointment, and Mr. Jackson was able to come the same day. He even arranged a time that was convenient for me, which was after normal business hours of most businesses! He arrived on time. He had all the necessary parts with him, and finished the job in timely manner.

Mike was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, and did outstanding work for us. He ensured that we had a perfect result. We began with the company that originally installed our garage door and who in fact replaced it a few years ago. We ran into problems dealing with them right away, and looked for someone else. After installing the motor Mike noticed that the door did not work perfectly, although we would have never noticed the problem. He returned to install 4 new larger hinges and tuned the door sensor. It now operates perfectly. For all of this, Mike's price was the best, and we had a perfect experience. We will certainly recommend him to our friends and will use him exclusively in the future!!!

Came out the day after I called, removed and hauled away old door, installed new door, tracks, springs and replaced opener at no extra charge. Adjusted opener until it opened and closed perfectly. Fast, efficient and friendly service, cleaned up while he was doing the job. No hidden or extra charges.

Mike was efficient, polite, and thorough in not only explaining what needed to be done but in actually doing it. He was able to complete the work the very day he gave the estimate.

Mike arrived on time, as scheduled and began work promptly. Considering the metal parts and use of power tools, the job was accomplished with a minimum amount of noise. Mike showed himself to be an accomplished and competent workman. The installation and clean up only took about three hours. I could not be more pleased with the over-all project. Absolutely perfect. Mike came out to give me an estimate at my convenience (it was way cheaper than I expected). Told me he could start the work within a day or two. He came out performed the work, everything was absolutely the way he said it would be. When you hire someone for a job things are not supposed to go this easy, but they did. Thanks Mike.

The amazing thing is that I hadn't gotten around to calling anyone. He'd been called to work at a neighbor's house, but fixed mine FREE "since he was already there." The problem seems to be solved.

Mike Jackson was very professional. He was running a few minutes late and contacted me prior to our appointment time to let me know he would be a few minutes late. I was very impressed with his level of service because most people don't call to let you know they will be late. He fixed the door quickly and didn't charge me any more than I expected. He was on-time, reasonably priced, quick and very professional.

A-1 GARAGE DOORS IS A VERY HONEST COMPANY. THEY SEEM TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THEY ALSO ARE VERY EASY TO CONTACT.

WHEN THEY CAME THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD ONE AND PUT IN THE NEW ONE. THEY ALSO BROUGHT EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. THEY EVEN HAULED AWAY THE OLD GARAGE DOOR.

THEY CALLED A DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME OUT BECAUSE THEY HAD TIME TO DO THE JOB THEM. THEY HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED IN NO TIME AT ALL AND PROVIDED A LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I TRULY ENJOYED.
