A-Tech connected my existing system to their monitoring service. They arrived right on schedule, reprogrammed and tested my alarm system, swapped out the backup battery with a higher capacity one at no charge, and walked me through their service. The whole thing took a bit less than an hour. The installers were very professional and courteous, mindful of not messing up my home. Their monitoring fee is not the lowest in town, but it is very competitive and is well worth paying the extra.

They did a very thorough job and we were very pleased with them. They were very thorough in evaluating everything we needed.

Very professional and courteous and was very good at explaining what had to be done at the time. Batteries need to be replaced every five years but they also have a computer that lets them know when a battery is weak for each house or business to let you know.....We have had A-Tech for 6 years now are could not be happier with their alarm response and service.We have had our alarm go off with ADT and sometimes we wouldn't even get a call from them.....With A-Tech you had better be by your phone as soon as your alarm goes off because they will be calling before 30 seconds goes by...... They are up to date with the future technology and continue to do so....Their prices for their monthly monitoring service are much more reasonable compared to others and much more responsive .We have used ADT before and was very disappointed with their service and mannerism....We even found out that some of our sensors weren"t even working and the main box wasn't secured to the wall properly thanks to the professionalism of A-Tech going through our complete system and getting it to work to it's full potential. We feel so much safer knowing that A-Tech is our Security Alarm System and trust that they will do everything in their power to do so!!

This system was installed throughout the home and has never, ever needed any maintenance calls or caused any concerns. The workmen were exceeding professional and thorough. They are the most dependable and fantastic group to be associated with.

I actually saw them working at my neighboors house and I walked over there and asked them to install it at my house as well and they did. Overall they did a great job.

They have a wonderful follow up system whenever the alarm goes off the give us a call. I think they have excellent service and if I have a problem with the system they have responded quickly. They also tthoroughly explained the system to me so that I would know how to use them
