Reggie and Rodney did an outstanding job. They came highly recommended by close neighbors and responded to our water heater leak with surprising and gratifying promptness. They were obviously quite skilled and experienced, efficient, friendly, and patient - they took the time to answer our questions and explain the ‘why’s’ and ‘what’s.’ The price was fair and reasonable. Unlike some of our previous experiences with other plumbers, we were completely comfortable and satisfied and will definitely use them in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

On August 16, 2016 we purchased a split mini system with heat pump from A-Quality Heating and Plumbing which also included a electical circuit for a total purchase price of $4571. In December of 2016 we went on a Christmas vacation trip and upon our return on December 28, 2016, we found that the unit had expelled oily fluid all over our bedroom wall and carpet. In addition the housing for the unit was cracked from the effects of the expulsion of fluid. We called A-Quality right away and the owner indicated that he could not come until January 4, 2017 to inspect the damage. After seeing the effects of the fluid he said he would have to come back in a week to repair. In the meantime we had no heat.The owner repaired the unit to operate but did not have parts to repair the cracked housing. He said that there was no way that the unit could have exploded even though he personnaly saw the effects of what happened. He said he would have to contact LG for parts or he might find a used unit to install missing parts. After waiting for an extended period of time to complete the repair my wife again contacted A-Quality and she was told that LG would not warranty the unit and that he would not repair or replace the missing parts. He said that she could contact LG if she wanted to get parts. The owner accused my wife of removing the serial/model number sticker and of intentionally or inadvertantly tampering with the unit to have caused the malfunction. He said because of what she did he would not honor the warranty or repair the system. work. I did contact LG and they said they would of course honor the warranty and to have the installer order the needed parts. I contacted A-Quality and informed them that LG would supply any needed parts and that they just needed to work with distributor to get parts ordered. I received a voice message back from A-Quality that said that they would not order parts and that I would have to work directly with the manufacuturer to get resolution. I thought that this was an unnacceptable response on their part and that since they were the installer and we had paid them for the system that I thought it was their responsibility to repair the system to be fully functionable and operate as specified. I said that if they would not honor their commitments that I would contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for assistance. After several attempts to get A Quality to respond, the BBB was not successful and has added them to their list of businesses to be concerned of.

Had me scheduled for 10:00PM instead of AM so they were 45 minutes late. Front office is in somewhat of a disarray as evidenced by my phone conversation. office unable to reach service personnel in the field so more delay in arrival resulted.

Our heater was making noise so we called Reggi to check it. We discovered the builder (Pulte) had installed the wrong size ducting throughout the house which caused condensation to build up in the heater and it rusted out after only 8 years. We needed a complete new system! Reggie and Rodney were so helpful. They cleared their schedule and started work immediately. It took about a week to replace the ducts, heater and air conditioner. They were neat, punctual, professional and friendly. I also used them to install my new faucets in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms after putting in granite counter tops. Once again they were punctual, professional and got the job done quickly. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Very professional company and with a high caliber of service. Called company and explained I had a leak in my kitchen drain pipeand they were able to squeeze me in between service calls because of the priority I had. Extremely courteous and left no mess behind. I highly recommend this company as they do quality work and they are extremely honest and fair. I have used this company for over 10 years and I love the great service they give.

The problem was solved efficiently and pleasantly. Having just purchased this home a few months ago, I have also had A Quality out to check the furnace. They assured me that it was working well. However, I learned some months later when a heating expert came out to check the system that the filter that A Quality said was operative and required no maintenance was, in fact, inoperative and did require a different filter system. This company is very pleasant to deal with and the Rodney and Reggie (and the office people) are very responsive. I would be inclined to use them again for plumbing issues.

They were really good when I rented. I would cut them some slack because there were a bunch of broken pipes in the city.

I have used them ever since they started being in business. The principal owner used to work for other company and then he started his own business, about 10 years ago probably. The owner and his brother are the only two workers. They both come here. They are always punctual and they do good work. They are on time. I have no complaints against them. The only negative thing I would say about them is that they are the only two workers and they have a lot of corporate accounts like apartments and stuffs like that. We cannot depend on them in an emergency. If you have to make an appointment to get routine work done, they are really good. Emergencies are not their forte. He has come out here in emergencies; sprinkler lines have broken and stuff like that. That was when I called the other company he used to work with. I would use them in the future.

Very pleasant scheduler; I was referred to this company by neighbors and was quickly able to make a non-emergency appointment. The young man who came was on time, was very personable and professional and addressed my problems quickly, showing me how to take care of the problem myself the next time it happened. He also added, at my request, two metal mesh water lines to my washing machine, taking care not to scratch my wood floors. I asked him to take a look at my water heater and he made a minor adjustment or two, told me it was in good shape and made no attempt to get me to buy a new one. As an older woman, I appreciated his non-patronizing attitude and his honesty. I would very highly recommend this company and will use them again.

He was on time and looked at my problem of a broken flange on the toilet pipe. He installed a compression flange and then installed two high efficiency toilets I had previously bought at Costco. Work was professional and he was very courteous and cleaned up after he was finished.
