+ -1 moreThey didn't come when they were scheduled; I had to make several calls to find out why they were not at my house and was eventually told I wasn't even on the schedule. The owner told me he had taken my original call while he was driving and must have left the paper with my name, phone # and appointment time in the car. He also told me that he expected this to happen-what ever that meant. They did come [2.5 hours after the scheduled time]. They didn't move the only 2 pieces of furniture [sofa and empty dresser] in the house to clean underneath them until I said something to them.
Description of Work: I had all the carpets in the house steam cleaned.

+ -1 moreTHEIR PRICE WAS RIDICULOUS. YOU HAD TO STAND OVER TOP OF THEM SO THEY WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL THOUGH. THEY MISSED SOME SPOTS IN THE CARPET.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS IN FIVE ROOMS IN THE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreTHEY CLEANED MY CARPET BETTER THAN ANYONE EVER HAS. I WAS SURPRISED AT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEM. I CALLED AND SOMEONE WAS OVER THE SAME DAY.
