o=There were two people and one worked inside the house and one worked outside. They were very meticulous and knowledgeable of their procedures and went about their work. We have seen only a couple of ants since they sprayed so it must be working.

A two member team showed up right on time. One worked inside and the other outside. They worked very quickly and were done in less than 15 minutes. So far as I could tell things were fine. I didn't look at the worksheet until later and I noticed they marked the garage as treated. I don't have a garage. I do have 2 large sheds but they were locked. I was only expecting them to spray the perimeter so it wasn't a big deal. The next few days, I saw several dead bugs, mostly outside. I was still seeing a few live roaches and some ants inside. It's now been almost 3 weeks and I'm still seeing roaches, small ants and now big ants. I don't know what time frame to have expected. I may be overly critical if the product is slow-acting so I hate to be negative if that's the case. Bottom line, I still have most of my bugs.

They were very prompt and on time. I just got the work done a week ago, as of right now they seem to have done a decent job. Very nice people. Will use them again in the future if needed.

You can expect a job well done. They're efficient, they use pet-friendly chemicals when they're doing the bug spray. They're great in everything they do. Danny, who's the owner, has become a close friend over the years. He and his wife run the business, they took it over from his dad years ago. They're just respectful and very courteous, friendly people. They're very flexible and will meet your schedule most of the time. If they're not on time they're always early.

They were punctual, professional, and quick.

They were in and out promptly without my feeling they were stinting; can't judge quality because can't see very far into ducts; one of workmen was somewhat rude, which is why I won't hire them again.

Services were performed at my Rental for my Daughter (world's toughest customer). She was very happy and satisfied. We ordered their current special again, but would readily pay their normal prices. Nice people. Real Angie's list Contractor.

Not well - although the manager was excitable he did try to work with me regarding chemical.

They didn't seem to familiar with their new equipment. Poked a hole in one vent.

It was not the best carpet service we have had

The two men arrived right on time and we discussed what needed to be done including adding another room. They were both very professional and very nice. The work went very well. I was very pleased with their work and the price I paid and would definitely use them again.

He was responsive about my questions because I have a dog. He also explained what he was doing. He did a good job and the price was reasonable.

It took approximately an hour for our 1000 square foot home. We did not inspect the work afterwards but were told they removed 3 dead birds. The homeowner should expect to do some clean up afterwards. There was soot around all of the openings and 3 of the register covers were reinstalled backwards or upside down. But we are happy for the improvement.

Because the dryer could not be pulled out very far, it was very difficult to get behind the dryer to disconnect/reconnect the hose. After disconnecting, they ran their powerful vacuum/hose pulling in loose lint from the vent. Fortunately, the vent/duct system was not very lint dirty, so the lint collected in the vent was not a whole lot, but enough that we were glad we had it done. The only problem we had was when my wife used the dryer the first time, she immediately experienced the dryer blower blowing lint into the laundry room. The air hose had come loose at both ends, the dryer, and the wall vent, apparently when they moved the dryer back to the original position. As my wife knew how to connect the hose, we moved the dryer out, she reconnected the hose, moved the dryer back, and everything works fine. I'm sure if we would have called A-Extreme Services, they would have sent someone out to fix. My suggestion to A-Extreme Services is to run the dryer for a minute service, and moving the dryer back into it's normal position.

All phone communication with them went well. They did arrive about 1/2 hour later than scheduled but they called ahead of time to say they were running about 45 minutes late. All three workers were courteous and friendly but they just were not very professional about their work. With air duct cleaning it is hard to tell if a thorough job was done but after watching them do the work I do not have a warm fuzzy feeling that the air ducts are much cleaner than before. My air ducts are in the ceilings and in a couple places they were working over furniture. Unfortunately they didn't take the time to move or cover anything. My wife actually witnessed the one worker dropping his dirty drill onto our bed after he was done using it. They said they would clean up when they were done which they did but not very well. My wife spent the next day cleaning the house. To summarize they were nice people but not very professional.

the work crew arrived on time and proceeded to clean vents. They were careful with my property and cleaned up afterward. I was pleased with their work and would use them again. They did not make a huge dusty mess.

I called this company for the ants in my yard. They were very nice. The ants were taken care of for a few months, but of course they came back a bit sooner than I expected. I called the company to come out again, they did so right away and were very nice. I also liked that they gave me a small bag of ant bait that I could use as I encountered new ants. It worked very well.

Friendly, professional and punctual. Displayed attention to neatness. I would recommend them.

It was a nice experience hiring a family business with many many years of experience. They were professional and friendly with a very good disposition in communicating their ~plan of action~ and making sure it was well done. I will call them again when needed and for other services they offer.
