We had purchased a big deal for the service. They were timely, and did a good job. I have used them in the past, and this is the 2nd year that I am using them.

Only one man arrived. I've never had a carpet cleaning company, including this one on previous jobs, send one person. I've used this company in the past and was thrilled with the results! I even wrote a rave review last year on the Yelp site. This time I was very disappointed. The worker rushed through the job and did not do a thorough cleaning. I had to ask him to rake the carpeting when he finished instead of him automatically doing it as had been done in the past. When I asked him about using fans he told me he didn't have time. Worst of all is the attitude of the owner, Danny. He was very defensive and not willing to come to my home to discuss the issues and I hoped to see the job done himself. He informed me that he would be unavailable until July and we left it that he would call me upon his return in July. I recently contacted Danny to try to set up a meeting with him and he informed me that he is done with Angie's List, that he had fired this particular worker months ago, that he is doing the cleaning himself and only in the northeast heights and only if people are willing to pay full, top dollar for him to clean their carpeting, and he felt it best that we go are separate ways! Really? Obviously, this owner sees no value in making sure his customers are happy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great, I didn't have to be home.

They have been great. They came out and sprayed and it did everything they said it would. They first time took care of the problem and now they do preventive spraying. They spray they use in child and pet safe.

Went well, will continue to use their services.

Very professional and thorough. And on top of that, wonderful people. I came to them after having issues with another provider that left the yard full of black widows and I finally can rest easy again when the dogs are outside. Will absolutely use A-Extreme from now on.

The service person was timely, friendly and very fast. We saw a serious insect problem almost disappear overnight. We would highly recommend this company and plan to utilize their services again.

They came out and sprayed safe pest control stuff and were very courteous and informative. I put the quality at a 'B' grade because we continued to see live roaches in and around the house, but there weren't as many as before. We bought the yearly treatment plan, so they will b back out soon for another treatment and we hope that the remaining treatments will drop the roach count even more. Based off of one treatment though, that is what we think thus far.

The technician arrived at our residence on schedule. She applied the materials to the outside perimeter of the house and property line as well as the interior of our home. We had been having problems with ants in the patio and driveway areas. She applied a bait in the areas of infestation. All work was performed in less than an hour. We were provided with a list of all the materials that had been applied. She also explained that the materials used around the perimeter and in the house would take effect immediately but that the ant bait might take a few weeks to take effect. It has now been approximately six weeks since the service was performed. There is no more evidence of creepy crawlies and the ant colonies are also gone. I would definitely hire A-Extreme Services again.

It went very well I am very pleased. It took them 2 weeks to fit me into their schedule. They were very prompt, responsive and very accommodating with the schedule. The lady on the phone explained everything that was going to be done and she was very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the service, not only that but even before I told her that I got a deal through Angie's List, she acknowledged that so I didn't even have a problem with that part. There were no additional charges added. It went so well. The girl was on time, I have dogs and she was really nice with them so everything went smooth. She came in, she sprayed on the inside and the outside, she explained to me what she was using and what she was going to do and what she said it was exactly what happened.

Great. They have always been punctual and are very nice. They do a good job, listen to concerns, and develop strategy for fixing any issues. We have been very pleased with their work.

It was not a good experience. I called them set up an appointment and first he said he really won't come to the East Mountain and then I talk to and he said he would come to East Mountain and he set up an appointment. The appointment was whole month away and then take the deal so he came out in his truck and looked at my driveway and said I don't think I really can take my truck in there and I explained to him that I had a 8 feet x 12 feet x 14 feet that delivered something else to my driveway come down there and all the trees have whacked and that vehicle got through and his vehicle wasn't that big, but anyway so he just no I can't do it. He did send me a check for the amount that I paid, but just really disappointed that didn't happen. He think that there wasn't really that problem. He was acting like as if he didn't want to do it in the first place and that was my feeling. He did refund the money. I would not use them again.

A-Extreme Services Inc. did well. They come once every three months and they charge me when they come. They offer to spray inside too, but I don't get that done. When he comes out and does it, he does a good job. You have to pace yourself at a good pace because you only have so much fluid, that you use. If they run out before they finish, then it's not getting all the way out to the boundary. I think his workers do an efficient job and it works, but it's perhaps not all the way out to the farthest reaches of the parameter, but I still think they're fine. I still use them. When I did tell him I had ants, he was more than responsive and left me extra ant bait, which he didn't have to do. I think the problem really has been my lack of communication and not theirs. I think it's the homeowners responsibility to call them and tell them what's wrong. "You know, I'm having ants on the parameter." or something. He very quickly took care of the ants. The ants have already disappeared. Whatever he used was pet friendly. They're fine and nice people. They're local and have been here a long time. That's nice, to use a local company, as opposed to a big company.

It went very well. Provider was both professional and personable.

They were very efficient and professional. My big problem was ants and they gave me a baggie with additional ant bait to use if problem continued. I recommended them to a friend.

Danny is always a pleasure to work with so I was pleasantly surprised that he came with his worker to do the job. They arrived at the promised time - even a few minutes early. Walked through and assessed problem areas and what needed to be done. We agreed that the crude oil may not come out but Danny said he would give it his best. The work was completed in an efficient and professional manner. Result is that the carpet is beautifully clean again and the stains are GONE. They had to try two different approaches to the crude oil. I expected it to only be lightened but it is completely gone. This company has provided me with regular pest control services for more than 20 years and I've always been extremely satisfied with that service. I've only had them do my carpets a few times but I've never been disappointed.

Excellent service as I always receive from this business. I've been using them for pest control for 20 plus years. They always inquire about any problem areas and, if any, address them. They always arrive as scheduled and do their work thoroughly and efficiently. On the rare occasion that I've had a problem between appointments, they've come right out and taken care of the problem.

They sprayed high and low and did a very professional job

Two staff came and went about their work. They were professional and friendly and took time to listen to my concerns. They were efficient and on their way in a short time period.

This is a repeat. We were getting ants again. They came and sprayed, and ants are gone. Will use again.

It was easy to make appointment and the provider arrived on time and did the work as requested.

Overall, it went fairly smoothly, although they set off my smoke detectors several times while cleaning the air ducts. Danny was quite chatty and explained all the tasks while they were in progress.

Fine. I bought a special deal through Angie's List, but they don't do regular follow ups after the first visit, so I would have to say they are short on follow up.
