Description of Work: I ordered a Glass Table Top 18in x 22in with a 1-inch Bevel. What I received was a Glass Table Top 18 1/8in x 22 1/8 in with a 1 1/in Bevel - which would not fit the table of course. The job was totally botched and to add insult to injury they promised it in one week but job took almost three weeks. Save yourself some grief and get your glass work else where. They did, however, give me a full refund.

+ -1 moreWhen I first called to get an estimate, the person was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. She questions I wouldn't have known were important, so that she could get me the best product available for my price range. She offered the estimate with a coupon, which I didn't ask about! The price for 4 table tops, 2 over 3 feet long, was very reasonable! She gave me a finish date, which they met. They called me when the product was ready and I chose to have it delivered for the $25.00 fee, since there were a couple of long pieces. Robert showed up for delivery within the estimated timeframe. He was friendly, courteous, went out of his way to help us by filing the edges down more, and generally very nice! I would definately use this company again. When we asked him how he would cut glass for an unusually shaped coffee table, he said he would come out & do a pattern at no extra charge! What a great company!
Description of Work: Glass table tops were cut on site to our specifications with blunted edges & corners. Delivery came 1 week later.

Description of Work: Replaced a mirror from a vanity that had broken. They measured it at my house, cut the glass in the shop, and then installed it at our house so we didn't have to transport the bulky, fragile item.
