Description of Work: A & G got a knowledgeable seriviceman, Lee, out the day after I called. Lee was courteous and professional. He diagnosed and corrected and intermittent heating issue with an old Carrier Furnace. We spent 4 weeks changing sensors and trying to repair a 25 yr old furnace that was trying to work, but was not heating consistently or correctly. We called another heating company but their service was brief, not adequate and did not address the problem. A & G Heating are certified Carrier Furnace repair experts and the serviceman, Lee, knew what he was doing. He immediately got down to business. He inspected all areas, took apart and thoroughly cleaned several items and after two hours of servicing, cycled the furnace repeatedly and it performed flawlessly. It has worked ever since. The bill was more than fair for the work performed. I am so impressed that I will definitely call them for any heating or air conditioning issues I may have in the future.

 + -1 moreI paid $114.00 for doing work that I didn't describe as wanting done. I called for installation of a new thermostat and to examine a heat register.
Description of Work: Gas line replaced w/inappropriate diameter line to pilot light. Thermostat was not replaced even though I had called ahead to make sure they brought it with them. Heat register was not repaired.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE REALLY KIND AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME AND WERE ALWAYS VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB. IF SOME ONE ASKED ME IF I KNEW SOME ONE THAT COULD FIX MY HEATER I WOULD SEND THEM TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY GET THE JOB DONE WELL.
