Description of Work: Friend paid for 4 walls. I paid extra for the ceiling and trim. It took 4 tries to reach the company to schedule the appt. On the day of the appt they failed to call to say they were going to be late. Instead of arriving at 9:00, they arrived at about 12:30. They were quick to complete the job. It was fairly well done. Phil was pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: I needed the woodwork (doors and trim) painted in my home - I have tile floors and tile baseboards, but the woodwork had not been painted for 14 years. Just white - plain white - but I wanted top end paint and neatly done of course. Well - they did just as they said. Three nice, professional painters put up with my parrots, painted with great paint that dried very quickly, cleaned up everything...and left. Call Micah if you want a great painting job!

Description of Work: One wall in my great room was painted with a contrasting paint. The walls in this room are approximately 16 feet high and had several windows that needed to be "cut in" . They removed all the shades on these windows and rehung when finished. They also removed all the pictures and other wall objects and rehung when finished. There were four workers and they arrived as scheduled and did a "Bang up Job". The work performed was very professionally done and clean! They also painted two regular size walls in another room which was covered by the special offered on Angies List.

Description of Work: All contractors - no matter their specialty - should be as professional as Micah Rodriguez! When I call to discuss my needs Micah was attentive (listened - listened and listened) to my needs. He understood that I had a very bad experience with another "painter" and was able to immediately ease my concerns. We discussed the small job ((bedroom interior) I needed done ASAP as well as the larger job I planned for the near future (exterior siding, trim and stucco re-finishing. We set an appointment date and time and Micah arrived exactly as scheduled. We discussed the various options for both jobs - he had no issue with application of paint I had already purchased for the bedroom. We discussed the type and method of application for the exterior surfaces and options as to color, quality of material, repairs and so on -- the entire job site was 'walked' and most aspects discussed (I ALWAYS forget to ask a question or more!). Micah e-mailed a proposal for the job -- he was not the most expensive nor the least expensive -- he WAS the MOST PROFESSIONAL -- and without my needing to ask, he provided MULTIPLE AND EASILY VERIFIABLE EXCELLENT REFERENCES, one from a local retailer who I have personally known for nearly 15-years. I WAS "impressed" to say the least! Micah followed up to see if any additional questions needed to be addressed. He DID NOT in any way bombard me with "high pressure" tactics, nor did he need to do so as his professional manner relieved ALL CONCERNS I might have had due to my previous horrible experience with another "painter". The date and time was set for the bedroom painting and prior to this date Micah stopped by to introduce my wife and I to the gentleman who would complete our job. This alone was a step "above and beyond" and set the stage for a great experience on the date scheduled. Phillip and Anthony arrived on-time and were VERY PROFESSIONAL while at the same time being VERY FRIENDLY! I had NO issues with their work ethics and the job was completed in a PERFECT MANNER WITHOUT ANY RUSHING TO "GET DONE AND GET OUT". They were patient and waited for the appropriate time to pass before applying the "next coat" and then a THIRD, since there was more than adequate paint to do so and thus produce an even better final-finish painted surface. I could "go on and on" about the level of satisfaction with this job. My final recommendation is simply this: Micah WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING ADDITIONAL WORK - far in excess of the small job already completed. I am certain that IF any issues arise, they will be addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Should I find otherwise - I surely will so advise "the list"; however, I DO NOT anticipate any such issues needing to be addressed. "Professional means PROFESSIONAL and the entire "crew" of A+ deserves to be recognized as being the "Gold Standard" of professionalism! THANK YOU MICAH, PHILLIP AND ANTHONY! Description of Work: I had A+ Painting paint all the exterior wood walls and trim on my home. They also painted two wooden gates and some ornamental wrought iron.
