Description of Work: At the $99 price I felt somewhat guilty because I knew it was a loss leader and I know they didn't make money on that particular room!! However, we did have them paint two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the top of the kitchen for the sum of $1200. They did an excellent job, no paint spills whatsoever!!! Needless to say they had a crew of five doing our painting job, which really amazed me!

Description of Work: While we decided to use someone more local to paint our house in Santa Fe, these guys were on the ball! The estimate came in fast and they were nice enough to drive out to our place to give us an estimate from Albuquerque. They were fair and honest and had the best price of all the bids. I would highly recommend these guys.

Description of Work: The crew came and completed two large rooms including ceilings and detailed walk-in closets and a large bath including drywall repairs while I was at work. They took down blinds and re-hung curtain rods to be more level. The job was done perfectly including complete clean-up! I am delighted with the work and will call on Micah and his crew in future. Micah is a very responsive and engaging business owner, making sure his clients are 100% happy with every aspect of the job well done! Highly recommend him and my next door neighbor does, too! Cherie

Description of Work: When he heard that my room was 3 walls of my finished garage, the price changed to $500. I don't like your new system of having to pay for the service before even talking to the provider! This has been a hassle!

Response from A+ Painting
We at A+ PAINTING pride ourselves on doing the best job for every customer we encounter. Unfortunately in this case, there was some misunderstanding by the perspective customer about the promotion she had already purchased, without making sure her project would qualify. The customer said there were various colors on the walls and I explained that in order to fully cover this it would probably require multiple coats of primer and paint. I explained that the Big Deal promotion had to stay within the parameters of the very specific offer, but as always I offered to come out and take a look to see what we could work out. I gave the customer a possible price range of $350-$500, but did not give an exact price, as I never saw the property. We have never received less than an "A" grade, yet though we did not perform a service for, nor even got the chance to give a bid to this customer they rated us with an "F" grade. We at A+ PAINTING strongly dispute this review. In the future we will continue to provide the "above and beyond" service, which has deservedly gained us the reputation we work so hard to earn from our friends on Angie’s List.

Description of Work: My definition of large room and theirs was vastly different, however, we did come to an agreement and I added a large kitchen and portion of hallway to the work order. They did great, clean work and were cleaned up and gone by mid afternoon.
