+ -1 moreVery nice and hard-working in person but did not honor repair labor and/or parts warranty when the repair failed to fix the problem. I have called several times and they always say someone is unavailable and will call back. They never call back.
Description of Work: Replaced two parts in separate visits in our refrigerator. Neither repair fixed the leaking problem. They state they have both a parts and labor warranty but have failed to return any calls to honor the work. We spent around $300 each visit (came out twice) for what we were told were two separate problems. At this point we plan to just buy a new fridge.
