On 5/11/14 we purchased an Angie?s List Big Deal for junk hauling by 24-7 Haul. We heard from Tony Mazotti almost immediately. We exchanged emails detailing what we wanted carted away and agreed on a date for the pickup. Tony showed up exactly on time, politely introduced himself and presented a business card. Very professional. We had old carpet and padding from two bedrooms and a walk-in closet, metal gates, wood gates, wood fencing, old landscape timber, a 4? x 6? chipped mirror and a tree stump. It was probably more than the 7 cubic yards limit as described in the Big Deal details. Tony was able to pull his vehicle up to our backyard gate to make loading easier. Remarkably, he was done in less than 30 minutes. He asked my husband to do a final inspection to see that everything had been loaded. Not only did he get everything on the load, but he even took a couple of large fireplace glass and brass doors that we added at the last minute. If in the future we need to get rid of unwanted clutter, Tony will be the guy we call. Thanks, Tony!

They were very responsive, and we had to change the schedule a couple of times, and they responded very quickly. They did a good job, and they came on time. We had them out for the first time yesterday. They were very professional. They were prompt, responsive, and did what we had paid them for.

They did a wonderful job of removing concrete, lumber, dirt, and garbage. If there was any question, they asked us. Which made us feel very comfortable with their work. They used a loader for the big stuff and didn't damage a thing. I would hire them again if the need came up.

Anthony from 24/7 Haul was incredibly responsive, punctual, and professional. He contacted me within hours of submitting my preferred date of service. He was very polite and professional on the phone and he was willing to work past normal work hours to fit us in on our preferred date. He contacted me a few times throughout the week to make sure our original appointment was still convenient for us. He contacted me about 10 mins prior to showing up at our house and he arrived on time, just like he said he would during our first conversation. He worked quickly, and even cleaned and raked our yard a bit to make sure he removed all the small pieces of debris. When he was done, he asked me if I was happy with the work before he left to make sure it was done to my expectations - which it was. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with his work and professionalism, and we plan on using him again when the need arises. Thanks!

It took a couple of days from time of purchase for the provided to contact me, but once he did he scheduled it according to the preference I had indicated on the web form. They arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time. Friendly and professional. They told me it would take about 20 minutes and they kept to that time. I would hire them again and would recommend them.

Prompt, friendly, professional, efficient. Went above and beyond. Cleaned up the leftover leaves around the piles of junk they hauled off.

Excellent customer service and excellent delivery of the services requested. Tony was on the ball right from the moment I contacted him. He came out to look at the job about a week before the job needed to get done. He wanted to make sure he would show up with the right amount of people and a large enough trailer with which to haul away the dirt. It was a bigger job, as far as hauls go, and I had to pay a little extra. No big deal. I appreciated the attention to detail, which was a consistent presence until Tony and his assistant finished the job. The dirt is gone, the yard is clean and I'm very glad I hired 24/7. My experience with them can be summed up in 4 words: polite, smart, attentive, and effective.

$99 Deal Coupon. Was easy to buy & then called the phone at 7 am on Tuesday. He answered immediately, professional and quick. Took my info, said he'd come next day between 8-8:30 am. Next morning 8am he rang doorbell. 8:02 I showed him the 7 cubic yard pile of trash we'd emptied from our garage the night before, into driveway. Took him 10 min to load it into his giant Isuzu truck. My husband estimated that we had piled up excess of the Deal offer of 7 CY. But Tony said it was ok cause most was recyclables (appliance boxes & packing). At 8:12 he rang doorbell "all done, want to see?" Perfectly clean where pile had been. 8:14 he drove all that clutter away. 24-7 Haul was the easy part. The night before it took my husband & I four hours to extract the clutter from garage. Once we'd made the appointment we HAD to do this task we'd been saying "we must do" for 4 years! Will hire again.

They were awesome. Showed up on time and got right to work. Loaded the trailer then cleaned up the entire area. Very impressed and will use again.

I submitted a quote request and Tony called me the same day. He gave me an estimate based on the items I listed for him. He arranged an appointment for the next day. Tony called 1/2 hour before my appointment time to let me know he was running late and gave me a new time. He showed up on time and they took less than 20 minutes to load the items. He requested permission to donate some of the furniture. The cost was very reasonable and in line with his estimate. He was extremely professional. I have already recommended him to a coworker.

They were timely, professional, courteous and quick. They did a terrific job hauling out significant yard waste from some Yucca trees and sod that had died. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves as well. Very professional.

I had some large items to get rid of, including a 21 cubic foot garage refrigerator, some 8 foot long porch sunscreens, a dog house and a swing set. Clint and Bryan, two young men from 24-7 Haul showed up on schedule and had everything loaded up in no time. They were very courteous! In addition, the owner (Tony) called about an hour later to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they did great. They were great and we loved them. They were just very nice guys. We liked them and they were good.

Awesome. I have been putting off getting rid of all our unwanted,broken junk/trash-- I finally logged on to Angie's list and began my search- happily I found a special coupon which is how I was connected to 24-7 Haul. I purchased the coupon and soon after I was contacted by Tony, the owner. I purchased the coupon on the evening of 1-21-14 and by 1-23-14 all my awful unwanted junk is gone. The process was easy, quick and at a great price and I will definitely call them again in the future!

Tony came out to do a free estimate on Tuesday and was able to schedule us for Thursday. He originally estimated 4 hours of work for his crew, but they worked so quickly and efficiently it worked out to about 2 hours (even after I asked them to haul off another pile of rocks we had not discussed). The crew even raked up the old leaves that were under our trash items. Tony had us do a final walk though, and he did one as well, making sure to double check our gates to be sure our dogs were secure. Super professional all the way around. We will absolutely use his services again when needed.

I was very happy with the service by 24/7 starting with the fact that it was a Saturday morning and the owner answered the phone rather than getting an answering machine. I received same day service which was unexpected. The service was efficient, punctual, and professional. They were very friendly and offered to take some smaller additional items for no additional charge. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
