great advice and help solving the problem - leak was coming from the neighbors system, not mine.

We hired Art's when our original landscaper ran into problems and could not do the job. Art's was able to start the job in just a week or so, while others were stating it would be 3 months. We were VERY happy with the work. Though there were some delays, the quality of the work was first-class. Importantly, the workers themselves were diligent and willing to make changes and do any extra we requested. Art himself visited the job site almost every day to make sure all was going as expected. In addition to landscaping, we had a putting green installed. This was truly a "PGA quality" putting green, far better than your typical box store purchase. I highly recommend Art's Sprinklers for any work you may need done.

***Absolutely horrible experience. Do NOT hire this guy. *** Art was Paid in full 9/23/2018 after stating the job was completed. The job was NEVER completed. The following issues were encountered: a. Wrong pressure valve/back flow installed (Wasn’t up to Code) - $900 to replace b. Crew broke in-ground Spa pipes when removing the tree stump. It cost almost a thousand to repair this. Art NEVER offer to reimburse us or discount anything. c. Removed plants that we did not want removed and when he stated he would replace them, he tried to charge us for them. In addition, one of the bushes died and the rest almost died when they didn’t get water after the system was supposedly completed. d. Left water going to NOWHERE causing erosion in several areas of the yard e. Did not put water to whole south side of our yard which included a tree, a bush and several rose bushes f. Had to call him back several times (over the course of SIX months) to fix issues stated above – it took MONTHS to get him to respond and work on problems, and some issues (like the rose bushes) NEVER got water. g. Put sprayers instead of drippers on plants –causing weeds to grow (minor issue compared to rest) h. Art left several cigarette butts in our yard when he stopped by and left the water boxes open and so we never knew if he was done. After multiple calls, we finally stopped calling him in the spring and hired another vendor to complete the job.

Some of the emiters were not fixed properly. Was difficult to get in touch with him.

Responded the same day, sent crew 2nd day. Crew was meticulous! Finished in one long day.

Service was prompt and result impeccable. Cleanup was thorough.

Art was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about everything landscape related. He performed the work needed and made improvements that were not noted for the estimate. We will call him again for our landscape needs.

Art was able to fix my sprinkler system quickly and at an affordable price. Two other companies could not figure out how to fix it, and/or wanted to charge twice as much.

Art was very professional, punctual and honest.
