Xpert Tile Grout & Stone Care

Robert arrived Saturday at 9 AM to begin stripping the paint off my kitchen floor tile grout, after the old paint was removed he spent the rest of the day cleaning the tile and grout with his machines. He finished up around 5 PM and returned the following day at 10 AM to continue the cleaning process. A few hours into the day it became apparent that it would be impossible to remove all the old stains from the grout. I asked Robert how much extra it would cost for him to repaint the grout, he stated $175.00. I told him to go ahead and repaint the grout, a short time later Robert told me that he would not charge me any extra as he had thought he could restore the grout to its original state and because he couldn't he would feel bad charging me any extra. Robert left around 5 PM and returned Wednesday at 9 AM with his wife to recolor the grout, they finished at 2 PM. The quality of his work is superb, my wife and I are very pleased with are like new floors. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of tile grout work.
