Description of Work: Welcome Home Realty is anything but welcoming! I rented from them for approx. 1 yr with nothing but problems. They are demanding & rude. When I finally moved out, the charged me for housecleaning when the house was left in immaculate condition, much cleaner than when I moved in. They also charged me for yard care, that was also left in excellent condition.

Description of Work: We rent a home from them for over 1 year !! We then worked with them ( Meike) to buy a home. They wee awesome, we would recommend them to anyone !! Meike always went above and be on to help us in any way while we wee looking for a home to buy.

Description of Work: This is the best real estate office in Alamogordo. The professionalism is outstanding. These agents go above & beyond ! Whether your buying, selling or renting, this is the office to use. I have bought & sold & these two brokers (Meike & Sharon) have never let me down. You couldn't ask for a more pleasurable experience. They will walk you thru each step. Sharon Carr was my agent & she was amazing. She sold our home in less than 1 week. The transaction went very smooth. Thanks Sharon for all you did for us.
