+ -1 moreI was unable to get an estimate from them, and so I did not buy anything. I wanted to get a new cover for the access hole on my septic tank, and went in with a photo of the old one and the measurements. They promised me an estimate on the next Monday (2 business days later). I called several times and was always told "Roy is out of town on a job" or "Roy is working on on a emergency job" and promised an estimate in a few days, but I never received it. They also never called; I always had to call them. After a month of this I gave up.
Description of Work: I asked for an estimate for a metal job.
