+ -1 moreWe are very happy with Jason's work. He has done major jobs for us and he has been our go to person for jobs, both small and large. He pays attention to the smallest details. This last job was done when we were out of town for a while and it was an absolute delight to come home to our pristine living room. Jason had also polished our wood floors and replaced and staged our furniture which he and his assistant had removed. On this job as in previous work for us he takes pride in the smallest details. You cannot go wrong with Red Apple Renovations. Jason says "we aim to please." Maybe a little old fashion but it is true.
Description of Work: renovated living room, repainted part of addition outside wall; the work in living room: remove the present molding, install new crown molding, apply drywall as noted in estimate, texture ceiling, paint all walls and book case (we supplied paint) replace ceiling A/C grate, remove and paint 4 interior doors, remove and paint entrance door.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the work. It exceeded our expectations. Attention was paid to details even to the fact that after the job was finished the contractor sent an assistant to check the job and find out if we were happy with the job and was there anything that needed corrections. My only concern was that the job took longer than expected but considering the fact the work was done over the Christmas and New Year holidays is trivial.

Description of Work: I called him, and was scheduled to come see me regarding work. He did not keep the appointment, and did not bother to call either. Mr Mainz has done work for me before, and was very interested in hiring him to do work, but am disappointed that he did not keep appointment, or bothered to contact me.

+ -1 moreThey've done an incredibly poor job for me. They aren't properly licensed, haven't followed code properly, and never obtained a permit for my project. I've asked them to stop all work going forward. I would strongly recommend not using this company.
