+ -1 moreHe had several jobs ahead of me, so he came as soon as he could to repair the rood to stop it from leaking. Then, he scheduled subcontractors to repair/replace and resurface the ceiling. His crew returned to replace the soffit and trim and paint. It all looks very nice.
Description of Work: Repaired roof leaks caused by wind damage, replaced soffit and fascia and painted trim, repaired ceilings damaged by water leaks.

+ -1 moreThey were very prompt and professional and courteous. Mr. Sears was on site and on top of things at all times. I had quotes from three companies and chose Jim Sears Construction because the proposal was very detailed, not just a dollar figure for the job. I had a number of questions about the proposal and Mr. Sears answered all of them for me, even brought samples of the products in question out for me to see and providing phone numbers for me to call to get more information. I am completely satisfied with the roofing job James Sears Construction did for me and have recomended this company to a friend who is in need of roof repair.
Description of Work: Mr. Sears and his crew replaced the roof on my house and triple car garage.

Description of Work: James Sears Construction Co. was hired to replace a panel and skylight on my metal roof. I had another company in the area come out numerous times to fix my leaking skylight and after spending quite a bit of money, the skylight still leaked. Mr. Sears came out and fixed their mistakes. I would definitely call James Sears Construction Co. again if I needed anything concerning my roof again. Mr. Sears was very professional and fixed my roof in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!

His crew was thorough and clean up of the yard was exceptional. He protected my cactus garden and all areas of my yard. + -1 moreJames is a great communicator and kept us informed of the progress through the project. We had concerns about the safety our dogs in the backyard, and James' crew worked well around them. Now we have a great roof and peace of mind!
Description of Work: I have hired James Sears twice for roofing and he has far exceeded my expectations for professionalism and honesty every time. His roofing crew was respectful and hard working! He rebuilt our damaged carport and did a magnificant job. I wouldn't hire anyone else in Alamogordo for construction projects.
