The Service Pro workers had to move the washer and dryer to get to the drain that need snaked. They not only did that, they made sure that there wasn’t any other blockages in any of the drains and cleaned behind the washer and dryer before putting them back. Excellant work ethics!

We would use them again in the future.

It was a little old lady that doesn't speak English very well and she had a water leak and we did call them out and they came out and fixed it for her within 30 minutes and charged her reasonably. I don't speak a lot of Spanish but I understand her enough that I can communicate with her. But at the end the guy realized that she was Spanish and he spoke Spanish. They are bilingual too and that helps.

I had a couple of spots from the first time and they came back and redid it at no charge. I'm real happy with them.

Their professionalism more than anything stood out the most. Their price was same as everybody else's. I like their timings. The quality of work was excellent.

I felt like I was overcharge for this job. I even wrote a letter stating that. He also asked to use our own rags to clean up the water.

Over the past two years mom has had her water lines replaced from the meter, as well as various other repairs/updates. 1. Water line from the meter to the service area. 2. re-routed outside faucet 3. re-plumbed water supply to commode 4. cleaned the waste lines from the bath as well as from the washing machine. 5. New kitchen sink faucet. 6. Replaced flooring in foyer and hallway. Every job was completed satisfactorily, and to the estimate. No surprises!

The estimator called the same day I stopped by the business address; He came by the next day and provided me with a free estimate for the services. An appointment was set around my schedule and the 2 man crew came out and performed the work in a very friendly and professional manner. I would absolutely use them again and recommend their services.

Everyone seemed nice and they were punctual in providing a quote but the quote for the job was way out of line with other quotes I received. The quote to do the job I needed done was literally 10 times more than what it actually cost me to get the job completed by another contractor. It cost me $40 but their quote was $400 per opening cut.

Everyone I dealt with conducted themselves in a friendly professional manner, from the people at their office to the person who called for the job details and quoted me a price to the technician who performed the work. No one tried to sell me additional services that I had not requested. The tech arrived in the time window scheduled and promptly began his work. His job was made easier because the rooms were empty. That said, he was hired to clean my carpets not be a furniture mover.The job was completed in a timely manner with all the expected followup. Ceiling fans were turned on and all lights were turned off and I was advised when the carpet would be dry and OK to walk on. In summary I could not have asked for, or expected, better service at a fair price. Assuming the same personnel, I would recommend HSC to anyone needing carpets cleaned.

The leadership is top notch. The date was planned, with all their staff acting very professional. As the entire home had the old flex tubing throughout the home they had to replace 100% of the tubing all the while, while we were still living in the home. In short, they ensured we had one bathroom plumbed the first day, completed the project on time and in budget with their drywall professional the best scene to date. I could not find the holes and I knew where they were. The whole process was ZERO drama. You want professionals, I would strongly suggest HSC. Also, had my water heater fail. They were there within an two hours and changed out the heater in minimum time and at a good cost. There will be companies that are cheaper, but to date I have found no one more reliable or professional in the Alamogordo area.

Replaced sewer line. They were quick and very professional.

They came within a couple of days after being called. It was not an emergency. The technician was polite, did the work promptly and professionally, as usual, for a reasonable price. They don't charge extra for coming up the mountain. I have used them many times for plumbing and hot water heater problems and they have always done a great job at a reasonable price.

When I initially made the phone call, HSC was ready to send a contractor right away. I had other plans, so asked for the contractor to come the following morning (leak wasn't terrible yet). Tommy arrived on time, and he was courteous and professional. After realizing that he needed a part, he returned within 15 minutes with the correct part and the work was done in about 30 minutes. The new disposal works great, and no more leak! While here, he also looked at a shower fixture that I thought would need work, but he tweaked it a little and we had no more worries with the shower.

Came out and replaced torn off shingles after a storm. Came out as soon as they could. The gentlemen that performed the job was very nice and polite and got right to work. I provided the shingles which I already had from previous job. So that was a plus for me. Got the job done in a timely manner.

The plumber had to come out on an emergency call on a saturday. He had to climb through a tiny hole cut in a closet floor. (already there). The crawl space was a muddy mess even though I turned off water to the house the night before. It required several trips to obtain supplies climbing in and out he did his best not to track mud through the house. When repairs were complete he offered to clean up, I declined. I had water again and the price was great. Good folks I use them often as I live in an older home.

I was very impressed with this company. The owner came out and asessed the work I needed done and called me back on the price. I continued to call the company back with more and more work as my mobile home was needing alot of repair. I was glad when the owner suggested ways to save me money and why I didn't need some extra things I thought I needed. He came each time to check on the worker's progress and work when they were at my home. The workers were very professional and friendly also. I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed any work done, also I would highly recomend them to anyone in my area, they are a good, reliable, and honest company. They came quickly for an estimate and when I discovered some extra dry wall damage came back very quickly to look at that and said, and quot;We can take care of that too!and quot; I was a bit concerned at how much extra it would be, but they did not add for it. Some of that damage was in our small bathroom and they painted the entire bathroom, which needed it without the repair. There was also damage from an old leak in our air conditioner line. The estimate was reasonable partially because we have a crawl space and they were able to route most of the plumbing through it. We scheduled the work about a month away since this was a big project and I was going out of town. They would have done it sooner. The work crew showed up in a timely manner, worked diligently, even dealt well with the protective dogs. The plumbing was done in 1 1/2 days and it was very hot the afternoon since we have a swamp cooler and the water was off. They kept at it. They had most of our bathrooms working by evening. They made one mistake with our outdoor water connections and came immediately and fixed it. The 2nd day they did all the work they could without turning off the water so the cooler could be used and finished the plumbing. The drywall people also showed up and were very efficient. They were polite and even when I was in their way, apologized. My kids said it looked like we were quarantined. That was because they had plastic up to protect anything that might get paint or plaster on it. All the walls where work was done look brand new. The texturing is perfect and the paint matched well. Of course the areas they painted look better than the original wall. I even asked the drywall crew to patch a couple of extra places and they found one to repair that they discovered. In my head I kept thinking, and quot;I wonder how much this will add to the cost.and quot; The work was excellent, the crew friendly and courteous and patient with sleeping teens (did the main stuff first so they could sleep in a bit). The bill came yesterday and the only extra charges were for the filter that I asked them put in. I was very pleased.I will definitely use them for work in the future Thanks!!!

Very smooth and professional. Called to get estimate. The same day the estimator Steve called and came out, looked everything over and said would call with quote next day. Called as promised, quote was acceptable, he said would start the following Monday and take about a week. They started as agreed and finished on Friday. They did everything I expected (plus put a new coat of varnish on my back door just to be nice). Everything was cleaned up, the workers were polited and clean, the whole thing was great and my house looks MUCH better.

Could not even respond to get a quote in a nice manner. Was called names and talked to in an unbelieveale manner. Talked to owner, he was even worse. Will never use them for anything, since this is the way they choose to treat costomers.

Was very professional, fast, an excellent job. Will use for any carpet needs in the future.
