+ 0 moreExcellent floor staff, knowledgeable, friendly. They helped us select a carpet style and arranged for us to contact our own installer, which we preferred. They loaded the carpet for the installer and even accepted a return on new padding which we did not require. I was very happy with this merchant.,
Description of Work: They provided a showroom with carpet samples, showed us the actual carpet on the roll, and even gave us the option of lower-priced remnants from other orders. They called to confirm our order and called again to let us know when it was in, which took only a couple days. They loaded the carpet on the installer's vehicle as well.

+ 0 moreWe spent a lot of time making our choice and they were more than patient and answered all our questions for us. Once selected, we called it off and then changed our mind about the style. The business took all this in without batting an eye. We finally settled on the original style we had selected and they tagged it with a sold sign. It took a week or more for the installer to become available and he picked up the carpet at the store and delivered and installed it. We discovered the existing pad was in great shape so I called the store to see about returning the new pad and they told me that would be no problem. I didn't recieve a bill until all the work had been done and they called to see if the installation was satisfacotry. Great company.
Description of Work: We browsed for carpet in the showroom, selected a style and arranged for our own installation based off a list of their recommended installers.
