+ 0 morestay clear of this company they are a total rip off. Work had been done and paid for that we later find out was never done in the first place. They send out their own people , but never go into the home to insure the work has been completed befor payng the service provider. When you complain to them you hear the same excuses, it is just the water in this area or the rain storms cause a problem with all the roofing it is normal for a new roof to leak, or better yet the dry wall continues to come off because of your swamp cooler, in a room we paid good money to be repaired just two months earlier. We will be moving to a different property managment as soon as our contract is up with Coldwell. They have taken advantage of us simply because we are not there to make sure things are being done properly.

Description of Work: This company is an absolute rip off. I should have known this after they took a friend of mine's listing when she was seriously ill and not able to make good decisions. Then, they turned around and sold her another house while she was even more obviously incompacitated. In good faith, I bought a house from them that was advertised one way, and then turned out to have less than 1/2 of the property that was listed in the listing. They claimed that I was informed of this....an absolute lie. I believe that they may have known that they were misrepresenting the property and spent a good deal of energy making sure that I was not aware of the misrepresentation. The lawyer wants another $3K to sue them....I am sure that I would win, but why would I spend another several thousand dollars that are not recoverable in the state of NM? Stay far, far away from this real estate agency. They will steal from you and the other party and then pretend that they told you everything. Ask any lender in town, they will steer you away from this real estate company.
