+ -1 moreThey said it would take 3-5 business days to get the compressor in. On the 5th business I called and they said they transferred my account to another company because a realtor was rude to them. What?? How does that have anything to do with me? I was not informed of this change. No other company was given our information. Horrible service, lack of communication. And way overpriced on the Freon.
Description of Work: My son’s A/C compressor stopped working in his house.

+ -1 moreThis was the worst experience they want another thousand dollars i asked if there was a warranty and they laughed at me. I will never do business with these people again. Very dishonest and rude!
Description of Work: I had a blower replaced for a thousand dollars and two years later they said it need to replaced again and it's our fault cause we did not have them do a yearly service

+ -1 moreThe people that we worked with were just excellent. They were very polite and we are so far very happy with them. It would have been around $7,000 but came to around $9,500 after we added a special filter.
Description of Work: We hired them to install a new heater and air conditioner. They also installed a special filter for people who have allergies.

+ 0 moreResponded promptly, did work in less then 15 minutes, said I would be billed. Did not explain work done. Soon received a bill for approximately $900.00. Went to speak with the owner about the amount billed. Was informed that the chemical used in the unit had to be completely drained and then refilled. That was the reason for how expensive the repair was. Sounded odd, as the unit was less then a year old. Owner did not want to be bothered, just wanted the bill paid. Then solicted my business again last week. Not happening!

+ -1 moreWe are fairly sure we just need some refrigerant in our a/c unit, but when we called this company, they didn't even wan to talk to us since we weren't buying a new unit. Don't know why i had to give a service date, they didn't come to the house. NO WORK WAS DONE.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, they did the necessary wall drilling, and then installed all 3 units professionally. Later on, one of the drain hoses clogged causing water leakage on the floor. So, they showed up and corrected the problem for n./c.
Description of Work: In 2003, I had them install two split-unit refrigerated air conditioners. In 2006, I also had them install one more in my home.
