I hired Perennial Lawn Services to do my fall core aeration and seed in October of 2020. When the job was done, there were pockets of areas that were not seeded. I informed them in November and Charlie A, said it will be addressed. He sent David S to look at the property in late November and he said the following in an email "There are a few areas that will need some attention in the spring. The hill on the left side, the back left corner, and the right side of the driveway are the areas in particular. Ive put in a service call to visit the property around April 1st." 2021. I reminded them a few times after April 1st 2021 and on 5/5/21 David S said "Yes, it will be addressed. Thank you for your patience," However, the issue has not been addressed. When I complained to BBB, Perennial Services responded BBB saying that they have not heard from me about this issue. I can provide documented proof of the communication with Taylor W, Linn K - all cc'd on communication. Bottom line don't deal with them. If they can blatantly dispute a documented conversation, will you really trust them?

3 years of money done the drain. This year was the worst with more weeds and crabgrass than ever. Called them for the second time on 3 years to have them take care of overwhelming weeds on my front yard. They supposedly treated the weeds just before July 4th and told me it would take a few weeks before we would see a change. It’s now 4 weeks later and no change but more weeds and crabgrass. Called them again on July 27 in the morning and was told someone would come out. Thursday July 30 called again and was told Tim would be over to see me early in the morning. I stayed home till noon and nobody showed. Called on July 30 and was then told someone would come out and see me next week. This is when I cancelled the service. It’s obvious they don’t care about customer service at all. Considering that we have asked them to come back maybe 2 or 3 times over a year period. Call someone else not these guys.

They chemically treat our lawn & fertilize it. We are very fussy and have gone through many but have used them for at least 20 years. They are outstanding. Very reliable and owner is very nice. They call in advance to let you know when they are coming and always leave a note of what they did with instructions as to water or not water. We have been using them for years and won't change even though we were asked by others.

They are reliable and punctual, and inform me in advance when they are going to treat the property, as I have a pet and want to avoid any chemical mishaps.

We have used them for years. Sometimes the grass gets funky and they come right out to check and remedy the problem. They are very responsive to our questions.

They keep me informed of their scheduled visits, and give me instructions as to how to care for the lawn.

My lawn is in bad shape. I reached out to them. Someone did come and reported on what the problem was and the solution. There was never a follow up after that. I realize that I don't have the ideal conditions for a good lawn, but in the past I was able to have it look decent. I felt Perennial was not interested in even trying to improve it.

They come on schedule and do great work. I pay for the year ahead and save some money

Sometimes it?s good, sometimes it is not so great. It depends on the situation but we are keeping them on, so I guess it is more than that. I guess they do whatever we ask. Sometimes scheduling is an issue but we work it out. I assume the price is reasonable. My sister pays the bill so I really don?t know. I am pretty pleased because otherwise will give to somebody else.

They are really easy to work with. Everyone was really nice. The work turned out good and no complaints.

I am satisfied with them. I had them for years and they are fine, they are good. I would say that they are one lawn services company that I am satisfied with. So far, so good then. There is nothing much to say about them, they just lay the fertilizer and do weed control. My interaction with them has been fine. I plan to have the sprinkler system which I am considering them to do. For the work they have done, it has been satisfactory. It?s good and better as any of the other like Scott?s. I was not happy with the other ones. They come whenever they want. I will use them in the future.

They did great work. I have used them for probably the last 11 years. They are easy to deal with, they make good recommendations on your lawn care, they come when they are supposed to, and they are usually available to speak to if you need to even in the evenings. You could pay upfront altogether and get a discount, or you could pay per application, and the cost would be depending on what the size of the property.

Great. Fantastic. We've been a long time customer with them. I've compared prices and they remain competitive and comparable.

We are happy with them. They come out on a regular schedule, and I like the fact that they let us know when they are coming, and after they do their treatment, they always slip something under the door to let us know what they have done, so that is good.

They are dependable. I saw them advertised somewhere and I had them come. They are very good.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Perennial. I am notified prior to each application and upon completion am left with an explanation of the work that was done. I use Perennial for lawn fertilization and weed control etc. They also treat my shrubs for various issues that effect my plantings.

I have used them several times. Everything has been fine and they are puncutal. Their work is fine and the price is just right.

This company works quickly and efficiently and provides detailed information on the condition of the lawn after every visit.

At the beginning of the year, they provide me with in-depth information regarding their services. Following each visit, they leave me a form stating the benefits and the treatments provided along with the person who provided the service. The employee will handwrite any other pertinent information about the daily service. I am billed separately for each application. The employees are well trained and knowledgeable of their work. The price was well worth the cost. I do not recall the specific costs.

From what we have seen so far, this company is really punctual, very courteous, and does a great job of getting my lawn to look green. Our neighbors have used them for some time now and they recommended them to us.

IF IT IS RAINING ON THE DAY THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME, THEY COME ON THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE PRETTY QUICK WORKERS. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR FOUR YEARS.
