They were very accommodating and professional and did a good job

Lack of communication was my biggest problem with them, I do not know when they come on-site and go. My lawn needed more attention and I could not wait further. Just did not work for me

So far, so good. Had my first treatment. Impressed with the professionalism.

I hired this company and prepaid for their services for ~570 for the season in early March. It is now April 8th and they are now saying that no one can come to treat our lawn until the April 12th or later. When I initially called they said the lawn would and should be fertilized end of March. I have asked for a refund and asked them to cancel services for our address. Horrible customer service and not reliable (even for new customers- i can't imagine how they treat existing customers).

Mr. Shah who comes and do my lawn really nice and helpful....knows what’s he doing...really recommend.....

Our lawn was looking a bit sad, as there were a lot of weeds and it just wasn’t full and a healthy green. We hired Perennial for the season, and the customer service has been consistently great. They customized our package for the best regimen for our lawn, and call us at least 2 days ahead to let us know the next treatment date. We are only 2 treatments in, but already we see a huge difference. The lawn is filling in and overall looks so much healthier!! We are very pleased with the results so far!

This is first year using for our lawn care and we don’t see much of a difference. They said it takes a year so I will have a better idea after next summer.

They have been fertilizing my lawn for a few months now. It looks great. The aeration and seeding took and next year I expect it will look amazing!
