+ -1 moreI contacted Paula's Cleaning Service and the person I spoke with was very nice. However, we scheduled an appointment for an estimate on 6/10/10 and she never showed up or called to cancel. I find this very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreI checked Angie's List for a company to clean my house on a biweekly basis. I telephoned this company based upon its good reports. I left my name and phone number on the company's answering machine but never received a return call. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: Called company for estimate on biweekly cleaning of house but neever received a returned call or follow up.

+ -1 moreShe is punctual and very careful with you household items. She makes sure to bring along help to do a thorough job. Everything is always in it's right place when she is done. She likes to do a walk through with me after the work so that she can make sure she has done a satisfactory job.
