These guys were great and if we need to move a piano in the future, we'd definitely use them. They were the only piano movers that insisted on coming out and measuring our stairs and space to see if the piano would even be able to get up the stairs. They also wanted to see where I was planning to put it, and they measured the entry ways and turns. They said in order to bring it up the stairs, i'd have to have the post on the stair railing removed (an extra cost), remove the wheels of the piano and maybe even remove the top of the piano. This was more effort and money than we wanted to put forth and so we decided not to take the piano (gift from relatives). I'm soo glad they came out and measured. Had we gone with any other piano mover (on angies list) that gave us a lower rate, it would have been a waste because we wouldn't have been able to bring it into our place!

Moving my beloved piano has previously been a traumatic experience. This move was anything but. They handled the piano with immense skill and care. A+++++++++

I dealt with 3 individuals. Each was well spoken, courteous and were easy to deal with. The price was approximately 20% lower than the competition. The pick-up was early (nice) and delivery was made on schedule. Very professional. Found them on Angie's List, too. Excellent! Nice guys, as well. What else can one ask for?

He communicated every step of the way, was flexible in scheduling, and his estimate was very competitive with others I priced for comparison. I'm about to schedule another piano move with this firm, and am so pleased to have the confidence that it will be handled in an excellent manner.

Never having to move a piano before, we had no idea what to expect. Kunis made the entire experience stress-free. They were answered all our questions and were always prompt and courteous in replying. The delivery team was quick, efficient and very friendly. We priced this out with a few other movers and Kunis came in the same, or lower, than everyone else. We were very happy with Kunis and highly recommend them!

The piano was in my home because the owner had substantial damage to her home due to super storm Sandy. Kunis arrived when they said they would and professionally and quickly removed the piano and transported it to my friend's home. She was delighted with the way they handled the piano and was especially pleased with the cost which was substantially less than she paid to a another company when the piano was moved to my home.

The move of our spinet piano from New Jersey involved prepping and wrapping the piano, and carefully moving it out of the house and down a small flight of steps into their truck. The transit from NJ to CT was without incident. The move into Connecticut involved carrying the piano to the rear of the home, down a flight of stairs, followed by careful navigation of door frames and eventual placement. The service provided by Kunis Piano Moving throughout was professional, thoughtful, and quite satisfactory. The only reason we are unlikely to use Kunis again is because we no longer live in New Jersey.

When I called to schedule the appointment a couple of weeks ago, Austin was able to accommodate my tight moving schedule. There were renovations being done in my condo, and my furniture move was coming up at the beginning of the following week. The team of 3 was excellent and professional. I would surely use them again.

They are very professional. The price they charge was based on the height of the piano, which was very reasonable. They are punctual and were very careful with moving it out from the other persons house to my house. I would recommend them.

They professionally arranged the appointment and showed up on time. The moved the piano very quickly and efficiently. A very pleasant and well run experience. I purchased a piano on Craig's List from a seller in Montclair, NJ. I contacted three Piano Moving Companies to get estimates. Kunis was the highest rated AND the least expensive. I called for an estimate, provided details of the move (distance [20 miles], piano measurements) and was given an estimate. Once we confirmed, they gave me a time-frame between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. the afternoon of the scheduled delivery. The piano was delivered to my home at approximately 4:45 p.m. that day. They were very courteous, the piano (an upright), was delivered in great shape and without a hitch. In total, from the time they arrived, moved the piano and left, it took approximately 10 minutes. By the way, I was charged the same price as the estimate. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Kunis to anyone who needs to move a piano. They were outstanding.

I found Kunis online and then checked Angie's list to find them at the top of the list. I wanted to move my piano from Oakland, NJ to Fairfax, VA. I was quoted a price of$ 800 because they had a truck already scheduled to go to that area. All other quotes were around $1200-1500. There was no reason other than fairness for Kunis to give me a break on the delivery. The piano was picked up and delivered exactly when we were told. Excellent service! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

I was still asleep when the telephone rang. It was amazing to see three professional piano movers pick it up and move it. The job was their last of 2012 so I can understand them showing up a couple of hours early , at 10 am .They were very professional and offered advicew when asked about exact placement. Very helpful.

I contacted a lot of people for quotes, Kuni's were prompt to respond with the most reasonable quote of all. They didn't add on extras, it was based on piano size. I had lots of questions which were answered in advance, some via email and some by phone. They were able to move the piano within 10 days from the quote. The time we agreed on was 'late afternoon' and as soon as they knew a more accurate time they called to let me know. A team of 3 arrived on time and moved the piano into it's new home. Our entry isn't the easiest to negotiate but they managed to get it in. I had some blocks made to stand the rear on where the wheels were missing and they managed to get it on them by reaching under the piano once it was in position. The piano is in a corner so this wasn't easy, in fact I was almost afraid to look in case it fell on them. Depsite it being awkward there were no complaints, just smiles and good nature. They were all very pleasant, polite and professional. Although they are based in NJ they move pianos all over the area. I am in Westchester and they had just come from another move in CT. I almost didn't contact them when I saw they were from NJ but thankfully I did. Don't be put off by that as I almost was. It's so nice when you find people who offer service with a smile and do exactly what you need for a reasonable price. Kuni's piano moving come highly recommended by me. Arrived on time Very professional. Could tell that they were professional piano movers as opposed to furniture movers. They were polite and courteous. Their price was the best price out of eight movers I contacted.

I have had this piano moved several times over the last twenty six years by a professional piano mover; I've only ever used one other company. I wish I had known about Kunis Piano Moving long before now. They are located in northern New Jersey ( I live in southeastern Pennsylvania). They gave me a much lower quote than all of the local movers that I contacted. I did agree to have the piano moved on a day in which they would be in my area. When they called to confirm the day before, I was informed that they would be able to move it first thing in the morning ( it had originally been scheduled for early afternoon) which was GREAT for me, so we set it for 8 a.m. the next day. Dave and ED arrived on time in their truck equipped with a lift and moved my very heavy solid walnut Wurlitzer studio upright piano like it was as light as a feather. My husband and I were amazed; these two men work in tandem. They handled my piano like it was their own. They were extremely courteous and professional. I learned that they had delivered a piano to Maine the previous day and had not gotten home until 2:30 a.m.. They were very pleasant for two men who had had very little sleep the night before. I am so grateful that they were able to come to SE Pennsylvania to move my piano, which is being passed on to my daughter. I was also delighted to see that the two gentleman pictured on the company's website are the actual men who move the pianos. Their website is 100% accurate. What you see and read on their website is what you get. I will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend Kunis Piano Moving to move your piano(s).
