Ed gave me a price before we met. He was on time, cordial, knew exactly what to do, explained to me what he was doing, performed the work quickly, accepted payment, and was off. A very nice man. Highly recommend.

They came out for a two minutes and looked. They said we needed a new motor. Then gave us the bill of $79.99. Since it was just a short experience we asked if used them for the job if that billed amount could be applied as a credit. He denied. He then became hostile with our request.

Edward came, reviewed the operation and said that it was operating normally. He told me to request a refund from Angie's list because he didn't do anything which I received back. He could have just taken the money paid. Kudos to him

I contacted Ed at 9:30. He got back to me quickly and said he was available later in the day. Confirmed with my wife, Edward responded back, and showed up as promised. Very easy to work with and got my garage back in no time flat. A+

Ed was great to work with. He came out on a Saturday in the aftermath of a snowstorm to give an estimate. He was back out a few days later installing the new garage door, opener and rails. No complaints at all.

I called Ed and we had set up an appointment for the next day. To my surprise, he called me the same day and said that he would be able to stop by later in the day rather than the next day as expected. He showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation. He recommended I also change the rollers as they were sticking which probably led to the snapped cable. He confirmed that my springs didn't need changing at this time. To make sure the garage door worked smoothly, he replaced both sides' cables and rollers. He was friendly, fast, and very professional. Our door was working in less than 30 minutes. His pricing was very reasonable and we would definitely work with him again. Highly recommended!

Ed was awesome. The day he came to give me a quote, he was honest about everything. Told me If I was trying to replace a panel, he said he could look, but they don't really make wood doors like these anymore. In his honest opinion, we would need to change out the doors (which is kind of what I was already thinking). He was here exactly when he said he would be. He came like a one man wrecking crew and went to town. He did everything, and was here for as long as he said he would. He fixed any imperfections that arose, and was a pleasure to work with. I hope I don't have to replace garage doors again, but if I had to, there is no doubt that I would use him again.
