I called and he was at my house to fix the door that morning. He was very clear as to the problem and the charge before he fixed it. When the job was done, he showed me all of the parts he changed. He game me a copy of the bill and accepted my Angie's list coupon. I was very happy with the service and being able to use my garage door again that very day.

He did a very good job. My garage door was stuck and it would not open. I didn't know if it was a motor problem. I realized that it was a snapped coil. My overall experience working with him was very pleasant. I think he was very honest, up front, courteous, and knowledgeable. I think the price was fair.

We were looking for somebody to replace our garage doors at some point in the spring. All of a sudden the spring of the garage door popped out. They were conveniently located and the comments about them were overall positive online. It was going to be an inexpensive repair. So I thought of calling them and I ended up using them to do the repair this morning. They charged me about $224 to replace the spring and to install some new cables. It was an old mechanism and so they installed some new safety features on the garage doors. They also fixed the rollers on the other door. They took an hour to do all of that. I was pleased with the work. The owner came out and he was friendly and professional. He dropped off some literature at my request for different door patterns. So I was pleased that he pointed out some safety concerns as well and that was taken care at the same time. He was prompt. I called him yesterday and he was on route for another job and I probably could have had him to come out to do the work yesterday, but this morning was sufficient for me. He came out first thing this morning and worked quickly. He also did a good job. It was a small repair. I would certainly do some price comparisons for garage doors before I choose them to replace the door. However, I would certainly consider using them based on what I thought was a friendly and professional attitude.

Ed was very easy to get in touch with and very pleasant to speak with. He was accommodating, offering to schedule the work to be done on a Saturday for our convenience. He met us a week prior to the installation for an estimate and explained the different door options. He provided us with brochures displaying the different products available. When he arrived for the appointment, he was punctual and ready to work. The installation took about 3 hours from start to finish. Ed is a consummate professional and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to anyone. The door looks and works great!

They showed up the day after a huge snow storm in freezing cold. Repair was perfect and reasonable. Very punctual, answered phone right away, got price immediately, and he delivered! Great job.

We called them in the morning and they were over by 11:30 AM that morning. They replace the snapped cable, did some general maintenance, and installed a new keypad. Very professional, efficient and an excellent price.
