Description of Work: My garage door began making a thumping noise when it reached a certain door panel while moving up or down. I needed to have one of the other panels reinforced with a steel bar in the recent past which solved the problem but the person who originally fixed the door couldn't come for a week. |I called Ed and he came immediately. It turned out to be the same problem I had the last time. He had all the parts I needed in his truck.. the steel struts & heavier coils(which he said should have been added earlier when the first strut was put on to handle the new, additional weight of the strut). |He was professional, clean & clearly explained things. Also, I was unaware that he was offering a special on some garage door related service and he told me about it and deducted it from the bill. |I would certainly use him again and recommend him. |
