+ 0 moreEverything went very well, they were able to service the hot water heater and replace the parts that were damaged due to the error from PSE&G.
Description of Work: I was searching for a reliable service provider to replace my hot water heater because the company that I had gotten my previous hot water heater from were very unprofessional and did not service it properly. When Alfano got involved they were very attentive and even helped me deal with PSE&G who had not serviced their meters properly and ended up blowing out my valve and curbed a potentially hazardous situation.
