Installed wrong size cover for my pool. Very expensive loop-loc cover was not the right size because company sold me one they had in stock for another customer who didn't want it. They installed the wrong size and wouldn't make good on it and the cover was very, very expensive.

heater working fine from start to finish every one was nice i would definitly recommend this vendor service was excellent

I don't have final bill for the service at this time, but assuming it is within reason, the value for the money is reasonable.

I was very pleased with the service Aquatic provided. The project was completed extremely quickly and under budget. I wil lbe using this company again when we open the pool this spring and hope to have them provide maintenance all summer. Great company!

never recieved an estimate even though i asked for one.Next day the workers came did a great job. asked for the bill was told they could not except payment never wanted to put this on a credit card told sales person i wanted to pay cash.was very surprised by the final bill .It came by phone call Friday afternoon. Once again the workers did a great job.I have owned my own retail business for about 30 years .Just think its strange that the workers showed up to do a job before the boss came to give a price!

We had a lot of debris in the pool from the constuctin project. While it took longer than we expected they did a great job on getting us up and running on time. We will be using them in the future for other projects inccluding winterization.

Great company, very knowledgeable. No pressure in selling things you don't need. Definitely recommend.
