Fine. They came out a few years back and were very courteous. I had to look for their phone number recently so we could hire them again...I didn’t want to hire someone else. We’ve been in our home 29 years and have different companies out to pump. Some of them had a crappy attitude. Don E Miller was nice on time and not over priced. Will call them again in a few years.

Flawless service from start to finish. Friendly, professional, responsive. Got a reminder call the night before and a call when they were on the way. We opted for contact-less service, so the tech called before he left our driveway to let us know the job was complete, the cost, and some tips for keeping our filter clean and maintaining our septic in working order. Received an email a few hours later thanking us for our business with receipt attached. Highly recommend based on service and professionalism, plus their prices are reasonable and fair. A+++

Good. They were very professional and did a good job.

Prompt, worked efficiently, good work on septic. Hit a wire down to the pool twice and did not take any responsibility for this. Understood their policy on private buried lines, but if you hit it once should not hit it again and avoid responsibility for that. Office folks professional. Overall, pleased with the work for the exception of not helping the customer on the buried electric line.

A+ across the board. I received multiple appointment reminders from Christine Miller via text and email. Both her and the driver were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and practiced social distancing protocols during COVID. The driver dug up a manhole that I didn’t even know existed!! And taught me how to clean the filter. He went straight to the spot and started digging. I’m still amazed he knew exactly where it was in the yard!!
