Called the owner to install the faucet. He instead sent his another plumber who seemed unsure about how to fix the faucet.

While not cheap, the work was done efficiently and cleanly with high quality materials plumber obtained in my behalf. Ron the plumber was a pleasure to work with. He had good solutions to challenges he encountered as the work progressed.

Ron was a super plumber in addition to being a punctual, clean worker and thorough in making sure all was working properly before he left an hour after arriving.

CT Mechanical arrived but the truck was lettered to Ben Franklin Plumbing. The tech was only supposed to give me an estimate which is what we requested. The tech never introduced himself with a name. I showed him the problem and he twisted a fitting with a wrench and then advised me that the service call would be$199.00. I said no I asked for an estimate only and to loosen the fitting and leave. He went outside and called his company and they said to lower the service call fee to $150.00 and I refused. He said this isn't how it works, I had to pay him cause it wasn't his company and he had to be paid. I gave him $50.00 cash which he placed into his pants pocket. He never left me a receipt for the service. I'm extremely disappointed with the outcome and would not want this to happen to a senior citizen who would've probably paid this man the$199.00 out of fear. I would like an explanation from the owner of the company and the name of the tech and I'd like my $50.00 back. This was a huge rip off and I will never recommend CT Mechanical or Ben Franklin plumbing to anyone. Thank you

They responded fast and were on time. Searched for the leak and left the house clean.

Keith was efficient, professional and polite. He came out for the estimate and installed the water heater that same day. Highly recommend!
