I thought for the level of complexity and the work performed they were quite pricey. The water supply line was on the side of the toilet and the part was less than $40. I don’t know how they compare to other plumbers so I am only guessing as to the fairness of their prices.

Very expensive: $225 for 20 minuteswork. Technician was courteous and expert.

All I needed done was the filters replaced on my Aqua-Pure whole house filter. We?re new to this home and were just not sure how to do it. Oh and I had the replacement filter cartridges. He wanted to charge me $175 but agreed to $135. Arrived on time, unscrewed the filter and started doubting the mechanism and how the filter worked in the first place. You know that moment when you realize the vendor is laying the groundwork to screw you over and get you to pay for a completely new system? Well I realized that moment when he doubted the purpose of the internal parts. I asked him to just put the new cartridges in and screw the filter back, when he lost it, started calling me names (which is when I knew I was not paying him a dime) and out he went. I screwed the cartridge back in properly with the new cartridges in about 30 seconds.

I thought it was expensive charged me nearly $1000.00.

They came around the time they said they would. Benjamin Franklin was the outfit that showed up [not ct mechanical]. I tried to relight pilot following manufactures instructions with no success. Tech called manufacture and found out there was a reset button, pushed button and pilot stayed on. I was charged $175.00. Way too much.

Keith and the team did an amazing job. We had a major issue, which involved an insurance claim, and he helped walk us through the process and worked with the insurance company. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome or the project and the exemplary service.

Received call from Keith within half an hour of my Home Advisor inquiry. Worked with my schedule to look at my hot water heater. Professional, fairly priced and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Keith called immediately and arrived promptly. According to what he thought needed to be done he quoted me a price. After working on the clog for a lengthy time it was still clogged and we needed to find the clog in the basement. He carefully covered my work related items with a drop cloth and opened up the pipe. From there he snaked that entire pipe. We discussed that it should work and if eventually if it stops working we now know which pipe must be taken apart. when it was time t pay he asked me if the increase was acceptable which I agreed to. Keith spent approx 3 hrs working on trying to unclog these clogs. He was friendly and professional and reasonable. I would reccommend him and his company!!

He charged me $425.00 to put a faucet on the outside of my house 🏡 He worked less than 45 mins and used about $20.00 worth of materials

EMPLOYEES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT THEY WERE NOT VERY CLEAR ON EXACTLY WHAT THE FINISHED PRODUCT WOULD BE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FINISH THE JOB.
