Very well. My only complaint is that to program my remote control, it needed to be registered and they did it under the company's account instead of creating one in my name preventing my from making subsequent changes.

I found since I have had them I don't have as much trouble with my tv service. Its a good quality. They are responsive. I have used the satellite provider before and it would rain a little bit and my picture would just break up wasn't  good.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THEY INSTALLED THE DISH. THE TELEVISION RECEPTION IS GREAT. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

I get quick response from them when I call them about something, like my TV is down and I need somebody to come out today. I had them hang my TV. That I did like. MIKE AND HIS EMPLOYEE, BOB ARRIVE WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME PERIOD. AFTER ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE - MIKE CHECKED OUR DVR WITH TIVO UNIT - AND OUR UNIT (FOUR YEAR OLD DVR) WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. MIKE CALLED LATER THAT NIGHT AND OFFERED TO LOAN US A DVR UNTIL HE COULD GET A NEW ONE. WE DECLINED...

Problem is with tech reps on the phone, it took 2 weeks of phone calls and them sending a new receiver before they sent someone to the house. I sure it is because we have the service plan, so the call is no cost to us, but if we had to pay for the call they would have been there the next day!...
