Very professional. Did not try to over sell product I did not need. Arrived on time and finished on time. During installation, they explained what was being done and why it was better to do it this way.

Sean and Tom arrived on time and discussed what was scheduled to be done with me. They proceeded to remove all gutters; they ran into a wasp/hornet nest at one location and took care of it while not getting stung. Rip-out was completed and all removed items were put in a pile. During this rip-out no damage to the house or shrubs occurred. Installation of seamless gutters and downspouts was done at six separate locations around my house. The gutters were cut to the proper size, mated and sealed with the applicable end caps and inside corners, and holes drilled and items attached and sealed to each downspout. Gutters were properly sloped toward the downspouts, attached securely with hidden hangers, and each downspout properly positioned and secured. Sean and Tom were very knowledgeable and professional throughout. The planned gutter system exceeded my expectations. When the job was complete, they left my exterior in the same condition as when they arrived; all removed items were hauled away. I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them to others. PS - Additional work around four separate roof vents was planned but after Sean's inspection no repairs were needed. Not only was the planned gutter system work properly accomplished but the planned job cost me less than expected.

I just bought a property in Cherry Hill, and there were some siding and flashing issues that I needed addressed. I put in a request for a quote, and the estimator was cordial and professional. He arrived on time and I showed him what I wanted done. I also asked for an itemized estimate. Estimate was a few days later than I expected, and it was a bit higher as well. I elected to do one element of work (chimney flashing) and the work was scheduled for about ten days out. Crew arrived on time and performed work adequately. I had some questions and notified their office (couldn't be here when work was done) and received immediate answers. I get the feeling my job was almost too small for them, but the quality was decent (price was higher than I expected). Would use again but on a bigger project.

Everyone acted professionally, from Tanya in the office to Mike who gave us our estimate to the installers. While Mike was not able to keep the time scheduled for our estimate, he called several times to let me know he was running late and give me an estimate time of arrival. On the day of installation, the installers promptly arrived and quickly and efficiently completed our project and the clean up. Tanya, in the office, was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company for gutter installation

Estimate was performed the same day I called with pricing information. Job was completed next day. Professional people with excellent character and knowledge of services they provide. Estimator returned day of job to make absolutely sure I was completely satisfied.

They came out and they were wonderful. I thought I needed new gutters and they said I don’t need new gutters, I just need heavy repended to tune, they’ll just clean it out and that’s going to take care of it. They were very honest and I appreciate it. They were honest with me and very prompt about when they said they were going to come and what they were going to do. The communication was good.

Tanya called the same day my email request was submitted and scheduled an estimate appointment. Mike came out on time and thoroughly explained that my gutter fell due to rotted wood and explained very thoroughly what needed to be done to repair the problem so it wouldn't happen again. A few years ago I had all my wood trim capped with aluminum by another vendor and they did an awful job. Some of the fascia capping fell off and I had delayed in getting it repaired. Mike wrote down the color and manufacturer of the capping that needed repaired and said he would have no problems getting the replacement fascia capping in the same color as well as a matching gutter. I had already received several estimated from other construction companies for just the gutter, so I was prepared for sticker shock for the additional cost of the fascia capping. I was beyond shocked when I received the estimate and it was less approximately $50 more than the cheapest estimate which only included the gutter and wood replacement, and no guarantee on the color match. Scheduling was just as easy as getting the estimate appointment. Tanya promptly emailed me the estimate and proposal and the earliest install date (only a matter of days). Mike and his team came out on the day promised, worked fast, and didn't skimp on quality. They cleaned up the mess perfectly and took away all the old material. I need some exterior work done, and didn't hesitate to call Merryfield for that project!

They showed up right when they were supposed to. They were prompt and cleaned up well after themselves. Communication was fine. We have a lot of pine trees and the gutter helmets help keep the pine needles out.

While they were very nice and professional I think they were way overpriced for their gutters. They came up way above all the other estimates we received. Therefore, I did not go with them.

I called Merryfield's Construction Group a few weeks ago about a gutter repair. My call was returned promptly and George came out within a day or two for an estimate. He gave me an estimate for a repair that was very reasonable. Since he didn't try to sell me on new gutters, which I saw as real honesty, I decided to ask for a price for all new gutters. I should say that I don't like trying to be sold on things that I don't ask for. Since he didn't do this, I appreciated it and decided to ask him about it. George looked over my home and gave me what I thought to be a very fair price for all new gutters and to remove and take away the old ones. I agreed on the spot and gave him a deposit. The company called within two weeks and set up a day for the install. The came on the day they said promptly, first thing in the morning. They completed the work in only a few hours. Cleaned everything up and took all the old gutters away. They did a great job and I wold recommend them to anyone in the future.

My experience went very well. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to others.

Prices were good. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. All old windows were removed and taken away. They left my house very clean. Windows look awesome! I would absolutely use them again.

I have not yet had the work done since I had just purchased the house back in June and am working on getting my head above water. However, I will be using them around February - March 2014. One of the owners called me today to follow up on the status of the job, if I am interested in it or not or if it has already been done by someone else. I was very surprised to hear back from them but am glad he reached out to me. The man who came out to do the measurements was very knowledgable and friendly. He was punctual and professional. I was happy with the estimate and look forward to having this job done on my house and potentially other projects that I need to have done to my house.

It was a pleasure working with Lew. His company provided great service. He told me him and his crew were going to be here at 7am and they got here right on time. They worked really hard and built be a great deck. His price was the best around. Not only are you getting quality qork but your getting a company that really cares and wants to make the customer happy. I would not hesistate hiring this company again.

I really liked the salesman from Merryfield. He had a long and pleasant presentation with different types of windows. I felt no pressure at all with purchasing the windows. I liked the price and quality of the windows. The installation went very well too. They got the windows installed in about 2 and a half hours. The work was done very well and I am very pleased. The installers were very professional and clean while working and after the job was done.

The owner, George, came to the house nd gave good price for the job taking in account that I am a senior. he gave the option of fixing the existing gutters which were quite old and gave a guaranteed for the new gutters. He also willing to work with me either way, was very courteous and professional. A date was set for installation and was followed up in a good time.

This was a joke, The guy finally came to my house to give me an estimate, HE comes in with a look on his face like he was too good to be at my house. I had written every down a list of things I wanted done in the bathroom. The bathroom is only approximately 8 x 8. I wanted it gutted but I was keeping the tub. He had a look on his face like "you're kidding". The guy is only about early 30s and he acted like a snob. So after looking at that job and then I showed him the kitchen where I wanted a backsplash 4" tile on a diagonal approx 34 sf,,,, he looked up at me and said ,, and I kid you NOT,,, THIS JOB WILL BE $15,000!!!! Now can someone explain to me where he is coming from? I guess he thinks the job is too small for his company and he is too "GOOD" to do a small job like that so he shot me a number so out of the range just to get rid of me...... I will spread the word to everyone I know looking for contractors,, that Merryfields are snobs, stay away!!!!
