When we started thenproject the furnace was usable however the blower would run constantly. Now the furnace is completely not working and needs to be repaired. Blower runs backwards..etc. This is after 5 additional visits, many cancellations and phone calls. Henson's refuses to refund my money based on the fact that he paid his tech multiple times to " attempt " to fix issue.
Description of Work: The provider was hired to repair my wood furnace .

They were great. They did a good job for a reasonable price. I picked them because of their good grade on Angie's List and BBB. I have not had a leak yet.
Description of Work: They re built my chimney and I got a new liner. They stripped it and rebuilt it entirely.
